The vacation home is located at the foot of the dunes of Vlissingen, Westduin and Dishoek, on the small, child-friendly and car-free vacation park Galgenwei within walking distance of the wide sandy beach, suitable for max. 5 people and your pet that you can take along for free!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is comfortably furnished and has a spacious sitting area with fireplace, where you can relax after a day at the beach. In the hall you will find a separate toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with all the amenities to make your vacation a culinary success, such as dishwasher, combi microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and fridge-freezer. A high chair is available free of charge. The sliding door leads to the private terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day in peace.
On the second floor there are also two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with an additional toilet. The first bedroom has 1 double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and an additional rollaway bed (80 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are spacious enough to put a baby crib, which is available free of charge. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. On the landing you will find a washer-dryer combination, so you do not have to carry too much luggage.
At the entrance of the park you will find your own fixed parking space free of charge and with the available handcart you can bring your luggage to your cottage.

Cancellation terms:
- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
