Uniquely located at the foot of the dunes, spacious and very comfortable detached stone bungalow (modernised in 2013, 2020 and 2023) with central heating, shed and garden facing South-West.
From the house and from the terrace you have a generous, unobstructed view of a meadow and the dunes behind. The dune crossing to the South Beach is about 5 minutes' walk away.
The bungalow is located on a quiet, dead-end street in a spacious neighbourhood of recreation homes between Westkapelle and Zoutelande and near Domburg. Middelburg (with its rich history), Vlissingen (with its cosy boulevard, marina and always exciting shipping) or the always lively Domburg are only 15 minutes away by car.

THE FOLLOWING IS ALSO WORTH MENTIONING:
- Among other things, the bungalow is equipped with free Wi-Fi, stereo system (incl. radio), Blu-ray player and modern LED TV (approx. 60 channels).
- Very good beds with slatted bases (no unhygienic box spring beds!), good mattresses and 4-season duvets.
- Adjustable garden chairs with comfortable cushions.
- Parking for 2 cars on private property.
- The bungalow is well insulated and equipped with a comfortable air heating system. Regardless of the season and outside temperature, you can always have a very pleasant stay here.
- Beach and sea lovers, hikers and cyclists will be in their element here! At the foot of the dunes is a cycle/hiking path. One side leads to e.g. Westkapelle, Domburg and Oostkapelle; the other side to e.g. Zoutelande, Dishoek and Vlissingen.
