Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

I am Verina Schipperrijn and have been helping my guests find nice holiday accommodation in Italy since 1995. I have seen the houses myself and even slept in most of them. This way, I can best taste the atmosphere, admire the surroundings and make friends with the owner. Every family has its own wishes and I can therefore offer almost everyone accommodation that meets their needs. New accommodation is added every year. Another big advantage that Casa Verina offers: only when you arrive at your accommodation will most homeowners allow you to pay the rent, a small deposit is required to confirm both me and the owner. I am a small business owner and I want to stay that way, so I have the opportunity to maintain personal contact with each homeowner and their guests. Casa Verina is not affiliated with a travel organisation, which makes it cheaper for you, but you do have to take care of your own travel and cancellation insurance. Should the offer on this site be too much for you, simply send me an e-mail with your wishes and I will offer you various options of houses that will certainly appeal to you. Please note that the indicated prices run from April to October. most accommodations can also be rented outside these months.
