Apartment near the sea in a quiet and residential area consisting of large living room with sofa and TV, kitchen with fridge, micro and grill oven, kettle and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom single room with a bed and a wardrobe, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access the sea view terrace furnished for lunch and enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the gulf of follonica.
The 3 bedrooms enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding hills.
the apartment is located 600 meters from the free beach (ideal for bathing with children) and close to the nature trail, which leads, through the protected area of the 'Scarlino bandits', to the wonderful beach of Cala violina reachable by bike or on foot directly from home (approx. 5 km).
In the immediate vicinaze we find important seaside resorts of the area such as Follonica (3 km) Punta Ala (12 km) Castiglione Della Pescaia (15km).

Beautiful flat in great surroundings
We too can only agree with the good reviews: spacious, clean flat with good facilities, a fantastic view of the sea and the hills of Tuscany. The beach and the harbour are within walking distance. With the bicycles you can reach the next village in a short time. You can explore the surrounding area by car. The excursion tips from the very friendly landlord were helpful. We enjoyed the time very much. Thank you very much!

Great location, great flat!
Practical spacious flat, great big balcony (and all rooms!) with wonderful views of Elba, the sea, the hills and skies of Tuscany; bike box and fantastic Maremma trails right behind the house, very friendly, helpful and quick landlord (who immediately rebooked the flat for us at no extra charge because I had mixed up the holiday dates!) Practical kitchen with a wonderful view as well. We would love to come back and miss the pleasant flat and the great landlord.

Relaxing days in a beautiful flat with a view of the sea
We had a very nice week in the lovingly furnished and top clean flat. The Ferini couple is very nice and helpful. We will gladly come again.

Happy holidays
We felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the island of Elba from the balcony was simply wonderful. A spectacular sunset every evening.
There are many beautiful things to see in the surrounding area. We saw Livorno, Volterra, Siena, Grosseto, Massa-Marittima, Ortobello, Porto Santo Stefano, Scarlino......... and much more. We will be back next year.

Wonderful flat in a good location, family friendly
Very nice, large flat with great views of the bay and Elba. The balcony is good for eating and relaxing. The flat is clean and well equipped, the landlord very friendly and attentive.

Great sea view
Highly recommended apartment to spend your holidays for both families and groups of friends. It is located in a quiet residential area with many amenities. Immediate access to the sea and the beach, very close to the most beautiful and characteristic beaches in the area (Castiglione della Pescaia, Cala Violina, Punta Ala, Follonica). The living area is very spacious. The terrace with a view of the sea (and the Island of Elba) is definitely beautiful and offers unforgettable sunsets every evening. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Another positive feature is the two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

Everything is fine, we'll come back!
Very large and beautiful apartment. Friendly landlord. Beautiful balcony with plenty of space and a great view of the sea (sunsets!!) Distance to the beautiful beach 700 meters, parking available. The apartment is super equipped, nothing is missing including. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the lovely vacation.

Very beautiful!
Beautiful and well-kept apartment. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. New and comfortable mattresses. The best thing is the sea view from the terrace. Every evening we had dinner on the terrace watching the sun set over the sea! The nearby beaches are very beautiful and easily reachable. Kind and helpful owner.
