We also offer an umbrella and two sunbeds at the Mamai beach bathing establishment (bathing establishment with seasonal opening).
The price also includes access to the campsite (seasonal opening) and to all its services: free beach, parking, entertainment, etc.

The Piper flats are a 3-minute drive from the sea, ideal for summer living but sheltered from the hustle and bustle. Suitable for those with a passion for cycling and trekking routes. The Bandite and the village of Scarlino are two pearls of nature, sport and antiquity. Three-room apartments on the ground and first floor are available for 6 persons and one-room apartments on the ground and first floor for up to 4 persons. The Piper Residence accepts pets and has free private parking on site. You will stay in air-conditioned accommodation equipped with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with dishwasher or kitchenette with oven, and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. Accommodation also features a terrace and/or a balcony with pool views. It is also possible during the summer months to make use of all the services of the Piper campsite: entertainment, direct access to the campsite beach, parking, etc. The nearby MAMAI BEACH beach also has an agreement with the campsite
