The effect of the climate due to the Gulf Stream and the impressive 2,000-metre-high mountains combine together to produce the mild climate all year round.

The swimming pool (8.50 x 3.70) also has direct sea views.

Are you looking for an exciting holiday on the Riviera? Come and visit us in Pompeiana, a typical Ligurian medieval village full of ancient traditions. You will find Pompeiana 2OO metres above sea level and three kilometres inland from the seaside town of Riva Ligure and a short distance from the coastal resort of Taggia (between Imperia and Sanremo). The flats overlook the old fishing village of Riva Ligure.
The sea is only 10 minutes away from your house by car but just 15 minutes away you can reach the beach via a footpath!
There are well-organised public beaches or rocks where you can sunbathe or take a dip in the clear blue sea. There are also opportunities for sailing, surfing, fishing and diving.
Pompeiana is set in traditional dry stone walled terraces surrounded by olive trees, flowers and vegetable gardens.
Pompeiana has pleasant sea breezes in summer and protection from cold winds in winter. The flats therefore offer the ideal opportunity to escape the cold Dutch winters. (Ask for a quotation without obligation)
Our Farm is located on the edge of the village among olive trees, palms, orange, mandarin and lemon trees, a truly beautiful setting overlooking the sea!
The Farm is run by the owners who will always be available for you.
You are guaranteed a warm welcome and a very pleasant relaxing stay in the farmland where you can go horseback riding, hiking or cycling on the sun's 50 km long cycle path along the sea.
At 500 metres is a paradisiacal blue lake where locals regularly refresh themselves. Ask owner Nino where to find it.
A large supermarket (Lidl) can be found in Riva Ligure. In Arma di Taggia there is a large indoor shopping centre with supermarket and shops and bars. (Address: Via Privata Roggeri 56 Arma di Taggia)

Rustic house furnished with modern furniture made and fresh colours of white and blue on its own grounds of about 15,000 square metres. The location is very sunny. Garden, street and park are private. The house ven about 65 sq m. consists of: 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room overlooking the terrace and garden surrounded by greenery. 2 bedrooms (max. 5 + cot) facing south with great panoramic views over the valley and the sea.

Location and surroundings of object
Come to Pompeiana, an old medieval village rich in peasant traditions. A charming village in the immediate hinterland of Arma di Taggia (between Sanremo and Imperia) where the sea and mountains are close by. From the hill overlooking the sea, you can immerse yourself in the nature of the beautiful hilly landscape that surrounds us or enjoy the immense blue of the sea that is just a few minutes away by car.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The Ligurian villages of the Riviera di Ponente all have one constant element: the peace and tranquillity one breathes there. Don't run from one village to the next. Pay attention to the stones that pave the narrow streets of these villages, the ivy that climbs the facades of the houses and the colours of the flowers and sunset that creep into the darkest corners.
