The holiday home with 2 separate flats is situated in a quiet, secluded location between the sea at Puntone and the medieval town of Scarlino, both 4 km away. With a view of the Maremma plain, the well-kept property is surrounded by lawns, shady trees, bushes and flowers.
Choose between ground floor SC1.1 Sotto or upper floor SC1.2 Sopra for 2-4 pers. each.
You can also rent the whole house (both flats) for up to 8 persons. Basic price for 4 persons plus 25€ for each additional person/week. Please contact us if you are interested.
Flat SC1.2 has a small terrace with furniture in front of the entrance area on the 1st floor. In front of the house there is a barbecue and sunbeds.
Facilities: 4-burner cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, SAT-TV.
Filter coffee machine and electric kettle on request.
Fly screens are in front of the windows.
Air conditioning in the kitchen off both bedrooms.

Casa Meleta is beautifully situated in a solitary location in the countryside and only about 4 km from the kilometres of white sandy beaches of Follonica. Behind the house, extensive meadows and olive groves merge into wooded hill ranges.
In both villages, Scarlino and Follonica, you will find shops of all kinds, bank, post office, pharmacy, pizzeria - restaurants with terrace. In the castle of Scarlino, concerts and events of all kinds take place in the summer months.
Lively pedestrian zones, restaurants, pizzerias, beach cafés, supermarkets, Aqua Park and a wide range of entertainment can be found in Follonica 7 km.
The nearest sandy beaches at Follonica 5 km, Cala Violina 8 km, Punta Ala 12 km. Other excursion possibilities: Gavorrano 9 km, Massa Marittima 21 km, Vetulonia 24 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 26 km or Grosseto 44 km.
