The villa is located in the residential area of Bonaire , it's an area quiet with lovely views to the sea. In the top is "La Victoria" a spectacular arealocated in the easternmost part of the peninsula of Cap del Pinar, which separates the Bays of Pollença and Alcúdia. It is culminated by a set of elevations such as Sa Talaia, the Puig des Romaní, the Penya Roja or des Migdia and Sa Talaia Vella.
Its coastline is rocky and largely consists of cliffs. In the part of the Bay of Pollença you can find some small beaches like S'Illot and in the direction of the Bay of Alcúdia, there is the Coll Baix, an impressive cove that we should not miss.
