Vacation as it should be!

We were only able to spend two wonderful weeks in the great house with three people, unfortunately we could not have more vacation. There is nothing to complain about. Everything that you need in everyday life is available. The contact with the owners was super friendly and always worked perfectly and very quickly. The location of the house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. We cooled off in the pool permanently and our niece swam through the pool all day on the house's own watermelon (air mattress). We often used the grill and liked to sit under the awnings until late at night. What can I say? We can't complain in any way! We are repeat offenders and will gladly book the house again. Beautiful family holiday

There were four of us in the accommodation, two children and two adults. It should be emphasised that the landlord is always available for questions and responds super fast. Everything was very uncomplicated! The accommodation is absolutely clean and very well equipped. Fantastic building, which is not typically Mallorcan on the inside, but you can see that in the pictures. The location is a bit secluded and therefore nice and quiet, but things for daily needs are also within walking distance in the village.

Holiday as it should be

We can only agree with the very good reviews of the other holidaymakers. It was our first stay at Casa Pina and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The best thing is the really secluded location of the property. You can lie on the terrace and swim in the pool completely undisturbed. We sat outside with the whole family until late at night, listening to the sounds of the wildlife and gazing at the stars. Pure deceleration
About the house itself...everything was there - nothing was missing!

Simply perfect for a dream holiday!

We have just returned and are still reveling in the most beautiful holiday memories. The house is just beautiful and it really looks just like the pictures. It is also extraordinarily clean and everything is well maintained. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Even air mattresses and beach toys are available in abundance. The location of the villa is also great. You can swim in the pool without being disturbed because the property is really not visible from the neighbours and you can really enjoy your peace and quiet. We had a rental car, but you can also walk to a small supermarket to buy the essentials. There are also a few very good, recommendable restaurants within a short walk.
The landlord Matthias is super nice and helpful and was always available for small queries, even during the holiday.
We can recommend Casa Pina without reservation and hope very much to be able to repeat this holiday one day. Many thanks to Matthias for the great, uncomplicated handling of the reservation and booking!

A dream house

We, grandma and grandpa, daughter with 3 girls, 9 months, 5 years and 7 years, were able to enjoy beautiful days in this beautiful house with a pool.
The house, the garden, the pool, simply everything is in great condition. Cozy, friendly rooms, fully equipped, nothing is missing. The landlords Matthias and Tina are very diligent, always available (remote control for the awning not found immediately).
Beautiful bedding, everything decorated with great taste.
We found it very pleasant that there were basic groceries such as dish soap, flour, sugar available. Of course, we also left our leftovers there. Our kids are still enthusiastic today and would love to come back to this beautiful property, just like us.
It is not overlooked, so it is also ideal for nude bathers. On one side of the garden is a nature reserve, which explains the small pests that we fought with mosquito spray.
We can recommend a stay 100%. See for yourself.

Casa Pina

We can highly recommend this beautiful house with garden and private pool. The facilities are top-notch and what is very important to us - clean and very well maintained. The location is quiet and breakfast on the sun terrace with a view of the pool is a dream. Although we had a rental car, you can explore the area even better by bike. Many thanks to the landlords - we will definitely come back.

Well-maintained house in a quiet location.

We, a retired couple, have already stayed at Casa Pina for the fourth time and felt very comfortable. We have been going to Alcudia Bon Aire for over 25 years and have rented several houses there, but this one is our favorite because it is very quiet and sunny.

The house is spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room with satellite TV, stereo system, and additional rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The pool and garden are nicely landscaped and well maintained. The property manager and landlord were always available by phone. Thanks to both of them for the good care. Because we liked it so much, we have already booked for December 2019.

Perfect

It was already our second stay. This time with our offspring (22 months). The accommodation is just perfect for us. You feel like you are at home. The communication with the owner is problem-free, was always available and very helpful. The house is very well maintained, including the pool. We will come again.

A very beautiful house

We felt very comfortable in the house, everything you need is available - suitable for all age groups

Super great villa

I was there with my 4 children. The first impression when we arrived was "wow", super well kept garden, the giant palm tree was impressive. The pool is super clean, we would have loved to jump right in. The villa from the inside the next "wow effect" all flashes bright clean. There is nothing missing, from the coffee machine to the ironing board. Washing machine, dryer, towels, everything. You arrive and feel at home. Very quietly situated in a dead end street. The property is completely fenced and not visible ( no one can look at your plate ).The large gate for the entrance is electric . The old town is beautiful.from the house it is only a few geh minutes to the bay a beautiful place
There is also a small shop
Here you can only say " arrive and feel good and spend a nice holiday "
And on top of all that, a super nice landlord.

Dream house, great location, top equipment

We spent a week in Casa Pina in April 2018 with our almost 3-year-old daughter. This was already our third stay.

The house is very clean and lovingly prepared. The equipment is very extensive and of high quality. BBQ, washing machine, dryer, cot, and much more were all available. Very well-kept garden.

A small, very nice beach is within walking distance. Three restaurants are also nearby. Alcudia can be reached by car in a few minutes.

We would like to especially thank Matthias for the very nice contact.

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir, ein Rentnerehepaar, waren schon das dritte mal in der Casa Pina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach unserer Ankunft hat die Frau des Verwalters uns das Haus gezeigt, es war alles sehr sauber. Wir fahren schon über 25 Jahre nach Alcudia Bon Aire und hatten dort schon mehrere Häuser gemietet, dieses gefällt uns am besten weil die Lage sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr sonnig ist.

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 großes Wohnzimmer mit SAT-TV, Stereoanlage und noch weitere Räume. Auch in der Küche ist die Ausstattung gut, es fehlte uns nichts. Der Pool mit Garten ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Verwalter und der Vermieter waren immer telefonisch erreichbar. Danke an Beide für die gute Betreuung. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir uns wieder für den Dez. 2018 angemeldet.

Riesiges Haus, genialer Pool, ruhige Lage

Wir haben mit unser 4-jährigen Tochter in dieser super sauberen, top ausgestatteten Villa Urlaub gemacht und nichts vermisst.
Im Haus befindet sich alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und mehr - Sandspielzeug, Küchenutensilien, Feuerzeug, Kerzen, ein Malbuch, Mückenspray...
Das Highlight ist der Pool und die Terrasse mit den vielen Blumen. Der Pool ist echt groß, das Wasser war angenehm warm und alles pico bello sauber. Ich weiß, ich wiederhole mich, aber auf der Terrasse lag nicht ein Blättchen, der Pool sah aus wie eben neu gebaut und selbst der Kühlschrank hatte keinerlei Geruch.

Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und vollständig umzäunt. Man liegt also nicht auf dem Präsentierteller, wenn man am Pool entspannen will und das Kind kann sich frei bewegen.
Es ist absolut ruhig - bis auf ein Auto, was mal versehentlich in die Sackgasse fährt oder das Geschnatter der einheimischen Nachbarn ab 23:00 Uhr - hört man nur die Grillen :)

Fußläufig befindet sich ein kleiner Strand in einer Bucht und ein kleiner Hafen mit 2 Restaurants. Wer shoppen will oder eine größere kulinarische Auswahl möchte, kann einfach 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Altstadt von Alcudia fahren. Dort gibt es auch einen Müller-Drogeriemarkt und Lebensmittelläden etc.

Die Kommunikation vor und nach dem Urlaub mit den Eigentümern war stets freundlich, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend.

Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!
