The house has two splendid terraces covered about 50 m² each, fully equipped with modern and comfortable outdoor furniture, along with a wide solarium. Come straight into the sea through a private stairs.
Alcanada is an exclusive urbanization with a 18-hole golf course and a quiet beach with clear waters covered by small pebbles, with fine sand on the seabed, surrounded by pine trees in a natural environment. Facing its coast we see the "Illa d'Alcanada" which hosts a lighthouse, you can go walking or swimming because the water reaches a height of 1.5 meters.
The house is just a few minutes drive from Puerto de Alcudia, famous for its beautiful beaches and its excellent tourist services.
