The beautiful, modern Villa Niki in Medulin offers first-class accommodation for 8+2 people and is therefore the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The fully air-conditioned interior is spread over the ground floor and the upper floor and offers two equipped kitchens, two spacious living rooms, four elegant bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom), a total of three bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. On the ground floor there are a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper floor has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

From the villa you enter the large, fully fenced garden, which guarantees privacy and tranquility. Guests enjoy the private pool, a spacious terrace with barbecue and an outdoor dining area under the starry sky. Up to five parking spaces are available on the property. Thanks to the excellent location, a large beach with numerous entertainment and sports facilities is less than a kilometer away. The center of Medulin is known for its first-class gastronomic offerings as well as a variety of restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors for every taste.

Nearby Pula, just a short drive away, offers large shopping centers and an invaluable historical heritage. During your stay, don’t miss a visit to the majestic Arena, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world, the ancient Forum with the Temple of Augustus, and the impressive Arch of the Sergii (The Golden Gate).
