The house is located in a quiet street of the village of Aagtekerke, only 2 kilometres from Domburg.
You enter the house through the front door and immediately come into the superbly equipped open kitchen. To make your holiday as relaxing as possible, the kitchen is fully equipped. It has an induction hob, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a fridge with freezer compartment. Of course, there is also enough cutlery and crockery so that you can enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal at the dining table for 4 people.
The living room is spacious, cosy and furnished with great attention to detail. The large windows let a lot of natural light into the living room! The patio doors of the living room lead out onto your own private terrace with lounge set. Here you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet.
On the ground floor you will also find a separate toilet.
The stairs in the living room lead to the first floor, where you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and the children's room has 2 single beds. Of course, all beds are made upon your arrival. A towel set can be added during the booking process. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request.
The cosy Domburg is only 2 km away from your holiday home and the beach is also easily accessible by bike. At home in your holiday home you will really enjoy the tranquillity of Aagtekerke again!

Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
