This vacation home in Aagtekerke is located near the beach and is ideal for your vacation by the sea!
The house is located in a quiet street of the village Aagtekerke, only 2 km from Domburg. You enter the house through the front door and immediately enter the superbly equipped open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including an induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer. The dining area is spacious enough for 4 people to dine extensively. A high chair is available free of charge.
The living room is tastefully and lovingly decorated, and you will feel right at home. The French doors open onto the terrace, which is furnished with comfortable furniture, and the atmosphere breathes sea and beach.
On the first floor there is also the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. If you want to do laundry, it is possible on request and payment to the owner.
The staircase in the living room leads to the second floor where there are 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the children's room has 2 single beds. The beds are made on arrival of course, a towel package can be booked. A crib is available free of charge. There is also a second toilet on the second floor.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
