Quietly situated holiday home for 8 people in Domburg
This lovely bungalow in Domburg is in a quiet location, yet close to the forest and beach!
The house is situated in a very quiet courtyard with two parking spaces. The bungalow is completely on the ground floor.
The living room is spacious and lots of light comes in through the windows, so you immediately feel at home. The living room has a sofa and several armchairs, a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and a radio. Through the door in the living room you can access the large covered terrace with a large dining table and chairs that seats 8 people.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, oven, coffee machine, Senseo and kettle. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a second fridge, large freezer, ice machine, steam oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron! The dining table is in the living room and is big enough for 8 people! Of course there is plenty of crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also has French doors to the patio.
In the house you will find 4 bedrooms, all with 2 beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double washbasin and a flat screen TV. 1 bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. Here you will find a shower, washbasin and toilet. The house has 2 highchairs and a cot.
In the hallway you will find a second bathroom with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the hall.
The garden is truly unique! The garden is fully enclosed, so you can enjoy plenty of privacy. The children can have fun here while you can enjoy the sun in the garden in peace and quiet.
From 15 May to 15 September, you can make free use of beach cabin no. 206a with accessories, which is located at the bottom left near the water tower.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
