Up to four people are wonderfully accommodated here on 100 square metres of living space. The house has been furnished in a stylish mix of modern furniture and cosy country house style. Skilfully placed details make this holiday home something very special.
In the living room, a comfortable living area with a TV awaits you for your entertainment. From here you have access to the spacious terrace - with patio furniture, sun loungers and beach chairs - where you are sure to spend most of your time in fine weather.
The unrestricted view of the Peene River is a real highlight. In the evening, the lighting on the garden terrace creates an atmospheric ambience. End the day here with a glass of wine or simply enjoy the idyll of the Usedom hinterland with a good book. The fully equipped kitchen of the house offers everything you need for cooking. So even on holiday you don't have to do without having breakfast together or preparing your own dishes. The large dining area promises pleasant hours and makes meals a pleasure.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One is equipped with a double bed, the other room has two single beds. Enough storage space for your wardrobe is available in both rooms. The two bathrooms in the house provide extra comfort. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and mirror, as well as a shower. The second bathroom also offers a bidet and - as a further highlight - a free-standing bathtub. Soak in the water, step into it and let your mind wander with a unique panoramic view.
You can park your car on the property directly at the holiday home. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There is also a washing machine in the house that can be used. Your four-legged friend is also a welcome guest in this holiday home. Please remember to register your four-legged friend at the time of booking.

Entitlement to any balcony or terrace furniture is from May to September. The provision of WLAN depends on the respective technical possibilities. We cannot guarantee that the WLAN can be used without interference or interruption. We are also unable to guarantee transmission speeds.
