I would like to mention the particularly beautiful location of this finca first: It is located in the east of Mallorca on a mountain slope with a fantastic view all the way to the sea. The property is about 35,000 square metres, 4 nice donkeys or occasionally mountain goats and small cats that come right up to the garden fence.
Behind the rustic façade lies a modern holiday home. The new has been combined with history with great feeling. The shower on the ground floor was built directly into the rock. The finca offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have direct access to the roof terrace. In front of the house there are two more terraces with sun protection. For the safety of the children, the pool of the finca is fenced. The finca has a fully equipped open kitchen which flows into the dining and living area. The village offers all facilities - supermarket and restaurants are in the village which is about 2 km away.
