Welcome to our holiday home. Here you can spend a relaxed and carefree holiday at any time of the year. Three cosy bedrooms with double beds and two spacious bathrooms are spread over 107 m². For further wellness, there is a sauna in one of the bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area, which has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, has direct access to the terrace. Here, comfortable garden furniture for seven people and a beach chair offer the opportunity to eat together, spend time and enjoy the fresh sea air. Should the breeze blow too stiffly, you can quickly warm up again at the wood-burning stove in the living area. You can store your bicycles in the garden shed. A sturdy trolley is already available here for your children. You also have access to a selection of books and board games. Of course, there is also a TV.

The holiday home is 200m from the Achterwasser in Zinnowitz. Zinnowitz is located at the narrowest point of Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. It is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forest. The white, gently sloping sandy beach is just as inviting for relaxation as the Bernsteintherme with its 850 square metre seawater swimming area or a sea trip on the Baltic Sea or the Achterwasser. A wide range of offers for beauty and wellness, culture, games, fun and sports make a stay in Zinnowitz an entertaining experience all year round. The Zinnowitz harbour on the Achterwasser is 200 metres away. It offers around 100 berths. Why not combine your boating holiday with the advantages of a holiday home stay?

| Please ask for our last minute offers. All prices include VAT. Included in the rent is the EUR 155,- as well as electricity, water, heating and internet. In addition, the visitor's tax, the amount of which depends on the season, is payable per person and night. Bed linen and towels can be booked additionally. A fee of EUR 15 per person applies. Normally the day of arrival/departure is Saturday. If you would like other days, please contact us. Especially outside the high season, we will try to accommodate your wishes. |
