Description
The 3.5 room apartment in a two-family house is ideal for a family vacation or sports enthusiasts. Due to its central location you are in the middle of the bike tours of the Magadino plain and at an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions. The apartment is characterized by a spacious bright living and dining area with comfortable sofa set, TV armchair and large dining table. From here 2 steps lead to the living room with fireplace and balcony and to the open kitchen. One bedroom has a large double bed, another bedroom has a French bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower / toilet. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the well-kept surroundings and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs.
The apartment is located in Quartino Cadepezzo, in a sunny and quiet position. Quartino is part of the municipality of Gambarogno on the southern shore of Lake Maggiore. It is a good starting point for wonderful excursions, hikes and relaxing bike rides along quiet country roads. The cities of Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Just as far away is Luino in Italy, where the famous and popular Mercato takes place every Wednesday. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice apartment with a well-kept garden and pool for use. Friendly, helpful, and courteous owner in the ground floor apartment. Ideal location for bike tours, good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, no shopping facilities within walking distance but quickly accessible by bike or car. We can only recommend the holiday apartment!

Ideal location for cycling, good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, no shopping possibility on foot, but quickly reachable by bike or car.
