Description
The 3.5 room Ticino vacation home on 2 floors can accommodate 5 people and is perfect for a family vacation. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Magadino plain, the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore. The house consists of a living area on the first floor with fireplace, comfortable sofa set and TV armchair, and a separate kitchen with dining table. The spacious veranda invites to a cozy get-together. From here you can access the beautiful garden, where you will find your private pool and a seating area with Ticino stone table under shady vines. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area. A bedroom with double bed and an additional single bed with exit to the balcony, and another double bedroom. The bathroom with shower / WC is also located on this floor.
From the parking lot you can reach the house via about 20 steps.
The vacation house is located on the slope above Cugnasco, towards Monti Motti in a sunny and quiet position. Good starting point for wonderful excursions, hikes and bike tours. The nearest bus stop "Agarone Roccola" is about 500 m away. Locarno is about 12 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available in Cugnasco or Riazzino.

The Cà del Pico is in a very beautiful location and the view of Lake Maggiore is very nice. The Cà del Pico is sufficient for 2 families, each with 1 child (1 year old), especially thanks to the beautiful veranda. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. We enjoyed the holiday very much and the pool was perfect. Even if the weather was not good, you could still use the pool. It actually had the large rubber duck that is visible in the photos. We enjoyed the holidays to the fullest and we will definitely come back!

The house is in a very beautiful and quiet location, yet with a bit of flexibility easily accessible by public transport. The view overlooking the Magadino plain and Lake Maggiore is wonderful! The kitchen is well-equipped, we lacked nothing to cater for ourselves. The rooms are comfortably furnished and everything is functional and in good condition. There are many inviting seating areas that can be used depending on the weather. We also liked the covered pool, which was clean and pleasantly warm in May due to the retractable roof. We had a great time and would recommend the house.

Once again, we had a great stay at Cà del Pico! The location, the view of Lake Maggiore, the Magadino Plain, the mountains - simply enjoyable. The pool is enviable as it can be used even in bad weather. Thank you - we will definitely come back!

The kitchen was well equipped, we didn't miss anything to cook for ourselves.

We also loved the covered pool, which was clean and pleasantly warmed already in May by the sliding roof.
