This cosy, lovingly restored cottage is located in the centre of the old town of Piani, a suburb of Imperia. It is only 2 km to the beaches in the Borgo Prino district. A safe bicycle path leads to the sea.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed where two people can sleep. There is a dining table, gas cooker with oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. From the kitchen, a glass door leads to a backyard garden equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. Here you know your cappuccino in the morning or end the evening with a glass of wine.
A stone staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor. Here you will find a bright, cosy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The house has been renovated with great sensitivity for the antique building fabric. The necessary has been replaced, the beautiful has been saved.
There is a TV in the house as well as a good internet connection.
The property is ideal for guests with bicycles, as you can easily lead the bikes through a gate into the garden and lock them safely.
The very nice landlord couple is very nice and helpful.
You can park in the public car park in the village, a few steps from the house, free of charge of course.

Location and surroundings of object
Piani is a small intact village about 2 km from Imperia and the Mediterranean Sea. In the centre of the village, by the church, there is a good "Trattoria" Amelia. A little further towards the sea you will find the pizzeria - simple, honest food, good value for money, popular with locals. Next to it there is a pharmacy and a supermarket. Continuing towards the sea, you will find a petrol station and a bakery.
The nearby beaches of Porto Maurizio in the district of Borgo Prino are sandy beaches and mostly public. There is also a "dog beach". There is a large free car park nearby and many interesting bars and restaurants.
From 'Casa SoleLuna' you can easily drive along the sea towards Monaco and Nice to explore the coast or make exciting excursions to the mountain villages in the hinterland. For example, you will find excellent restaurants in Dolcedo (approx. 4 km), which lies in the direction of the hinterland, and culture lovers can also get their money's worth here. Directly from Dolcedo you can also undertake interesting hiking tours.
From Piani, along the river, there is a new cycle route that leads to the Pista Ciclabile, a beautiful car-free cycle route that runs along the sea. From here you can cycle comfortably and safely to Sanremo. You can also rent bicycles along the route.
