If you're looking for tranquillity, nature and Ligurian tradition, yet only a 5-minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches of Imperia and the centre of the movida with bars, restaurants, shops and much more, you've come to the right place! We have renovated and furnished this grandparents' flat, in a typical Ligurian cottage, in a functional way for travellers from all over the world, maintaining its authenticity and bringing back the main traditions of a 'peasant' Liguria in the details/accessories of the individual spaces.
You will stay in a beautiful ground-floor villa facing on one side a garden with a small citrus grove, and on the other side flowerbeds and typical plants that, in fine weather, will surprise you with their magical colours.
The property has ample and convenient parking inside a fenced courtyard with a gate. At the back, a small orchard surrounded by typical Ligurian dry-stone walls will allow you and your family to sunbathe, have aperitifs and relax with an open view of the surrounding hills.
The bright flat is equipped with all comforts and multiple beds.
At the entrance you will find a comfortable hallway, with hanging space and luggage storage, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in lightness and maximum order after unpacking!
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with single beds, all spacious and bright and equipped with made-to-measure wardrobes for your personal belongings.
The large living area is a bright and cosy space with a sofa and two comfortable wicker armchairs for you all to relax together in front of a movie. It is also equipped with a 40" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts; a table with 6 chairs, a 5-burner hob, a dishwasher, a comfortable traditional and microwave oven, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery and all the various utensils you need for cooking in peace. There is a toaster, Lavazza coffee machine and kettle, as well as capsules and assorted teas to satisfy every taste.
The bathroom offers a shower cubicle, complete sanitary facilities and Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There is also a convenient hairdryer and compartments for your personal belongings.
The entire flat is freshly renovated and brand new in its furnishings, as well as enriched with accessories, including handicrafts, typical of the Ligurian tradition. We ask you, therefore, to take care of it as much as possible in order to ensure that those who will come after you enjoy the same quality of stay.
You will have easy access to the forecourt where you can park your car in peace and quiet: you will have 2/3 covered and shaded parking spaces.
You will also have full access to the garden areas, one at the back of the house (equipped with a shaded dining area) and the other at the rear of the car park (equipped with a relaxation area and solarium).
The stay includes payment of a municipal tax of 2 Euro per day to be paid on arrival, in cash only and per person over 14 years old, for a maximum of 10 nights.
Valid documents are strictly required on arrival.
Please cooperate in the management of waste collection: the simple but strict procedure will be explained at check-in.
In case of loss of keys, a compensation of 25 Euro will be charged.

Location and surroundings of object
The mediaeval village of Caramagna, at the foot of which the villa is situated, is located in the very outskirts of Imperia, just a few minutes' drive from the first Blue Flag beaches, the city centre and the brand new Imperia-Ospedaletti cycle path, which runs alongside the sea for 27 km.
A few metres from the house, and therefore within walking distance, there is a pharmacy, bar, tobacconist, grocery/bakery and restaurant/pizzeria.
There is also a city bus that stops a few minutes from the house, for convenient access to the city centre and nearby areas.
