Casa Oliva is nestled in an olive grove only 2km away from the beaches and the provincial capital of Imperia.
Tastefully renovated and on one level, it features two bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area with a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. All rooms have French doors leading to the terrace and into the garden, a romantic and shaded seating area with a pergola invites you to linger. A sun terrace on the roof offers views of the sea and mountains. The windows are double-glazed and there are aluminum shutters that provide shade in the summer. There is a crib and a high chair. Outdoor shower and wood grill available.
Pool on the roof terrace for exclusive use. Parking spaces on the property.

Gem near the coast

We spent 14 days with our dog in this beautiful holiday home, everything you need is there. The contact with the landlord was super nice, we always received fresh products from his garden. Furthermore, he always took care of the pool regularly so that it was in perfect condition. Bed linen and towels were provided. The property is completely fenced, so the dog can move around freely. The dog beach in San Lorenzo is also not far away. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back!

Dream holiday at the end of August

We had 2 great weeks (3 children, 2 adults) in the house. The pool and the view are great. Arnaldo, the owner, spoiled us with his delicious tomatoes and peppers and gave us good tips for excursions and restaurants. The house is well equipped and child-friendly, everything is very clean. Only the mosquitoes are a bit annoying. Absolute recommendation! Beautiful sandy beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car in S. Lorenzo and S. Stefano. Washing up is done by hand.
