The house, nestled in an olive grove only 2km from the beaches and the provincial capital of Imperia, offers peace and relaxation. the tastefully renovated house is at ground level and has two bedrooms, spacious living-dining area with fitted kitchen and bath. All rooms have French doors leading to the terrace and garden, and a romantic and shady pergola seating area invites you to linger. A sun terrace on the roof overlooks the sea and mountains. The windows are double glazed and there are aluminium shutters that provide shade in summer. There is a cot and a high chair. Internet available, outdoor shower and wooden grill available

Location and surroundings of object
The house is at ground level and is only 2km away from the beaches of Imperia. On a small hill amidst olive groves you can enjoy a view of the sea from the roof terrace, which is beautifully furnished. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, beach bars.
The cycle track along the sea leads you from Sanlorenzo al mare to Ospedaletti (with bike rental)
It is 5km to Imperia centre, 15km to Sanremo and 50km to Monaco

Dream holiday at the end of August
We had 2 great weeks (3 children, 2 adults) in the house. The pool and the view are great. Arnaldo, the owner, spoiled us with his delicious tomatoes and peppers and gave us good tips for excursions and restaurants. The house is well equipped and child-friendly, everything is very clean. Only the mosquitoes are a bit annoying. Absolute recommendation! Beautiful sandy beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car in S. Lorenzo and S. Stefano. Washing up is done by hand.
