Location, location, location

This house simply has a very unique location. We love the evenings on one of the terraces with a glass of Italian wine and the incomparable view of the sea. The house is very modernly furnished, really has everything you need, it has several sleeping options, we were here with a group of friends the year before last - so four adults - the house is also well suited for that. We love the option to sleep upstairs and watch the sunrise over the sea directly from the bed in the morning. The house has very good equipment and tasteful furnishings. What we particularly appreciate is the fact that Porto Maurizio is an excellent starting point for unforgettable excursions. For example, there is Cervo, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy for good reason, there is the port city of Genoa with the beautiful aquarium on the grounds of the historic port in Genoa, towards the west you can reach Eze, Nice, Saint Tropez or Monaco in no time. In the latter, we love the Oceanographic Museum located in a historically unique building, and Monaco in general... always a highlight... If you have the stamina and desire, you can also get up early and take a day trip to Saint Tropez. We often travel by motorcycle and have used this accommodation many times as a base for trips to the lavender fields in Provence or as a destination after crossing the Alps from Martigny in Switzerland to Nice on the Mediterranean, on the Route des Grand Alpes. And let's not forget about the original hinterland, just behind the house, with its villages nestled like nests in the hills of Liguria. Olive groves as far as the eye can see, art and utility objects made of olive wood, for which you pay three times the price in Germany. Olive farmers who sell their self-pressed olive oil directly from their properties.
