Description
The quiet, comfortable holiday home is located in a pedestrianized area and is lavishly equipped. Cars are allowed in this deadlock only for loading and unloading. A car park in about 90 m distance.
The light-filled cottage with a living space of about 80 square meters has a large living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The whole plot is about 380 square meters. Bright colors and a welcoming atmosphere acting underscore the good overall impression.
The living room has two comfortable sofas, the dining table for 4, and a flat-screen TV with satellite antenna to receive almost all German television and radio programs. There is a small stereo with CD player.
The bedrooms are equipped with floor to ceiling wardrobes. In a bedroom en suite with a double bed in the size 180 x 200 cm (single mattress) and the second bedroom has two single beds in the size 90 x 200 cm. The pillow-top mattresses offer a great nights sleep. The third bedroom has a pull Doppellbett and is thus suitable for one person or 2 children or teenagers.
The two bathrooms were once sink, once equipped with a bathtub, bidet toilet with a shower. Here is also the washing machine.
Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are also ready for use.
From the living room, a bedroom and the terrace sea view is given.
The kitchen has all major kitchen appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Bath towels and hand u. Dish towels are available in sufficient quantity, as well as the bedding. Beach towels are brought please.
For outdoor area features a large terrace which is partly covered, and thus also provides shade. On the terrace, sunbeds, parasols, Gartenstühle- and tables and a portable barbecue.
Smoking in the house - not allowed - out of consideration for other guests. Of course, smoking is possible outside the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Costa del Silencio = coast of the silence. Owing to a break in the Geografie rushes the northeast trade wind at the southeast Zipfel of Teneriffa past, without disadvantaging the area approximately around "gulf del Sur" in unpleasant way. Also in routistic regard it is relatively calm in this coast region; no multistoried buildings, no large hotel plants, no Discos. Nevertheless the exclusive plant "gulf del Sur" has to offer much: in the last years in the midst of an enormous golf course a small village developed, with supermarkets, restaurants, Cafeterias, taxi conditions, pharmacy and other purchase possibilities. A renting car is not necessarily used. The travel from the airport is only short and it can our service for the transfer be taken up or a taxi. The sea swimming pool can be attained in few foot minutes and likewise the sea. The bus stop is approx. 100 m far away.

Cancellation terms:
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows: - Until the 90th day before the start of the rental, 20% of the rental price, - From the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the rental, 30% of the rental price, - From the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price, - From the 29th day before the start of the rental onwards, 90% of the rental price. - In case of no-show or termination of the rental, 100% will be charged. The fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

The price for the apartment "sand club" amounts to € 50 per day for 2 persons. The further person starting from 13 years € 8 per day, under 13 years € 4 per day.
