La Marieta is located in the southwest of the island of Tenerife, in Sueño Azul, a quiet residential area in the municipality of Adeje.
Adeje has several nature reserves such as the Barranco del Infierno and more than 14 beaches with sand in all colors, where you can swim all year round thanks to an average temperature of 24°C and sunny days. On foot along promenades you can reach the village of Callao Salvaje and its black sand beach "Ajabo", where there are restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a children's playground, tennis courts, and small supermarkets.
About 10 minutes away are the beaches of Las Américas, Los Cristianos, and Costa Adeje — the best beaches in the south of Tenerife — as well as shopping centers like Siam Mall or El Duque and Siam Park, one of the best water parks in Europe. An ideal place for golf lovers: the Costa Adeje golf course is 5 minutes away and the Abama golf course 10 minutes.
The house is very well connected to the highway and the northern route.
In the surrounding area, you can fly over the southwest of the island by paraglider or helicopter, dive to discover the underwater world, or hike on trails such as the Roque del Conde Trail, the Traditional Trail of Ifonche, or the Boca del Paso.
