Description
Costa Adeje - ie in the sunny south of Tenerife, was built in about 370 meters of altitude is a holiday home in a class.
The property is approximately 8,500 square meters. The house has three floors. On the upper floors of the owner, who is but a few weeks a year on the island lives. The two apartments that are rented out by us, are in the lower level and have a separate entrance and are thus completely independent from the main house.
The unobstructed location, atmosphere outside and the high quality interiors of apartments will please even the most discerning guest. The views of the Atlantic coast and the opposite island of La Gomera, on the locations of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas will remain long in the memory. In particular, the evening view of the lights of the coastal resorts, the best enjoyed from the terrace with a glass of wine is sure to be remembered.
The well-kept grounds were spacious and landscaped. They contribute, that you immediately feel welcome from the first moment and spend a relaxing holiday.
For the high-quality equipment includes, for example marble floors, tasteful furniture and other home furnishings. Colors and fabrics were harmoniously coordinated.
The living area is distributed between a living room, a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa with armchairs and a TV with satellite antenna to receive almost all German television programs. The modern kitchen is - like everything in this apartment - high quality and fully furnished. It has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. The dining table four chairs.
In the bedrooms has a double bed is in the size 180 x 200 cm or 160 x200 cm (comfortable beds with 2 mattresses á 90 or 80 x 200 cm). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels and 2 bathrobes are available. Washing machine is available.
A staircase leads to the solar-heated pool, which is about 4 x 8 m tall. Guests can take a dip there and sunbathing use the private terrace that extends across the entire width outside the apartment, and on the sun loungers and umbrellas. Further cooling gives the outdoor shower, which is located opposite the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
From about 25 km from the airport, you pass the tourist centers of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos and need by car about 20 minutes to the House. The sandy beaches of Las Americas or the almost 12 km long beach promenade takes you 15 minutes and the small sandy beach of El Puertito is only 10 minutes away. Great flat
We are back from Tenerife. Everything worked out great. We found a great flat. Everything was there that you need to feel comfortable. We don't cook or barbecue. But everything was there that you could have used. Everything was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of linen.
The guest manager handed over the flat to us and we were quite happy about the beautiful surroundings and the great view. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much.
The owners were present and were very nice hosts. We felt very comfortable.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit !
Mein Lebensgefährte und ich waren mit dem Apartment Brillante sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr wohnlich und man fühlt sich gleich wohl.
In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Lediglich der Toaster hat beim zweiten Gebrauch einen Kurzschluss verursacht.
Der Gästebetreuer ist sehr nett und kompetent.
Kurz, es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir würden das Apartment und generell Teneriffa2000 jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
Ach ja fast hätte ich vergessen zu erwähnen, die steile Anfahrt zum Apartment wurde durch einen sensationellen Ausblick über die Südküste übermassen wett gemacht.
Bei unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt entdeckten wir den netten Ort Callao Salvaje. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir sicherlich in Sueno Azul buchen.

Schöner Urlaub
Hier war alles in Ordnung, wir hatten keine Probleme. Der Urlaub und die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Pool hat auch alles gut funktioniert. Unser Gästebetreuer hat zwischendurch auch noch mal angefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Mit der Betreuung waren wir sehr zufrieden.
