The light-flooded vacation apartment BlueCasa in Callao Salvaje, Tenerife is centrally located and comfortably furnished, well equipped and with German welcome and contact telephone and only five minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential complex (with elevator) in the driest and warmest region of Tenerife (southwest). On a living area of about 55 square meters, the FeWo has a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and two small balconies. In the complex there is a large communal pool and a small children's pool. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a large dining table for 4 people, and a flat TV with satellite connection with German channels. Fast WIFI (WLAN/ (600Mbit) is of course available throughout the apartment. An internet radio with CD player completes the media offer. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling-high built-in wardrobes and bedside tables with lamp. They each have a queen size bed (150cm wide) with comfort mattresses for a wonderful sleep. In one bedroom there is a desk with a lamp and a monitor. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and a sink with a cabinet. A hairdryer is of course available. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dispenser, etc., as well as a dishwasher. Bath towels and hand towels and dish towels are available in sufficient quantities, as are the bed linen. The north balcony offers shade and a wonderful view of the palm avenue, the island of La Gomera and the summit of Mount Teide. The lounge set invites you to linger. The south balcony overlooks the pool area as well as the banana plantations towards Playa Paraiso and the sea in the west. On both balconies there is an outside light to read in the evening. For the consideration of the other guests smoking as well as pets are not allowed in the apartment. Of course smoking is possible outside the house.

Wonderful little holiday apartment - also suitable for "Home Office"
We have been in the vacation apartment with our two children for the third time during the summer holidays, which has been lovingly furnished. The apartment has Wi-Fi access, as well as a desk and laptop safe, so that "home office" can be operated without worries. We like the large and often empty communal pool with sufficient sun loungers that is regularly cleaned. Our son learned to swim here, so he was able to obtain his swimming certificate before starting school. There is even a children's pool. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a large refrigerator and freezer combination, as well as a dishwasher. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine. The bathroom and the kitchen have been tastefully retiled and furnished by the owners. The apartment now has an alarm system, which includes two visible cameras in the living area. The location of the apartment is quiet and is well-suited for day trips to explore the island. There are enough parking spaces in front of the house, and a bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity. A section of the beach and shopping facilities are within walking distance. In the future, when we head to Tenerife - we would rent this apartment again.

Dreamy time in Callao Salvaje - we will definitely come back!
The Jung family's apartment is beautifully newly renovated and gives a very high-quality, modern impression. It is very clean and really has everything a guest could wish for. Above all, the beds are very comfortable and you can sit comfortably on both balconies - you can even see the Teide well from the balcony. The house in Canarian style is very well-maintained and quiet, and especially the expansive outdoor pool, which was almost always empty, contributed significantly to our relaxation. Parking is plentiful, a 10-minute walk to the beach and many restaurants, several shopping options just around the corner, and the distance to the airport was only 20 minutes - a perfect location for us on Tenerife's sunniest coast. The nearby beach also has a well-kept appearance with lifeguards, showers, and a nice restaurant, as well as a lovely view of the still undeveloped cliffs. Communication with the Jung family went wonderfully; there was always someone available for us. A heartfelt thank you also for the bottle of wine for our welcome – we would love to come back, hopefully soon!

A vacation oasis for feeling good
The right place for vacation. Peace and relaxation are the program. Well-maintained ambiance, central location. Bus stop right at the doorstep. Hassle-free key handover. Personal contact with the landlords was optimal. The apartment's amenities are very well planned. Everything has been considered for a perfect vacation. A car is not needed, as shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

"Gladly again ??"
A very beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment in a well-maintained complex. Always fragrant, the staircase is cleaned daily. Everything you need is within walking distance. Ideal conditions for hiking, the beach, or even staying home and at the pool. Very attentive hosts, making you want to return.

Great apartment for feeling good
We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment. It has everything one could wish for. The apartment is perfectly arranged, with a great new bathroom and a stylish kitchen. The furniture is tasteful and everything is very well thought out. The location is really great too. The pool is quite large and kept very clean. We will definitely come back. The property manager on-site is also very nice. We would like to thank the Jung family for the excellent service. Everything is just perfect.

We love Tenerife - that's why my husband and I bought a small apartment in the beautiful and quiet residential complex in the tranquil village of Callao Salvaje. This region is particularly warm and dry, everything is within walking distance and the bus stops at the door. Optimal! We like to spend Christmas and Easter with our school-age daughter on the island.
