Family-friendly annual vacation

We were allowed to spend 12 days in this cozy little house. Right at the beginning, we were welcomed by fresh flowers and chilled drinks. The house is small but very cozy and modernly furnished. It has everything you need to relax. Even with spontaneous changes (Grandpa wanted to visit us for a few days), the landlord was uncomplicated and always quick in communication. A wasp nest was immediately dealt with, and all in all, we were able to recover very well. The park is perfect with children, as no cars drive there. You walk a bit to the beach, but here you are also quite alone (and that in the high season)! We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back :-)

5 days of Easter holidays

The communication with Mr. Browers was very friendly, straightforward, and reliable.

The little house was as described and seen in photos/videos.
The living/dining area and the property are tastefully designed.
The lawn and the fenced area are very nice for dogs or smaller children.
We were here with our older children (14 & 10).
For our tall daughter (1.78m), the bed was okay for a few days, but she did not sleep particularly well on the mattress. This is certainly a bit different for smaller children. There is definitely a lack of a closet or dresser for the children, or their clothing. For a few days, this was not a big problem but somewhat annoying. However, this is all described as such, so one knows that beforehand.

Please note: the bedding for the eternity bed must be correspondingly large (not a regular size).

The location of the house is exactly as described, outside of Zoutelande.

A very beautiful place. Very beautiful area.

Overall, we felt very comfortable and thank Mr. Browers for the nice contact, his hospitality, and his beautiful, cozy little house.

A beautiful vacation

We spent a week in April as a couple with our dog in the bungalow. We particularly liked the modern bathroom and the cozy living room. However, it would be nice to have a few more German TV channels besides ARD, ZDF, and WDR. Those who like to read in bed at night should bring a small lamp and an extension cord, as there is no socket in the bedroom. The heating temperature could be regulated by us, so it was always pleasantly warm. There was a quick and friendly contact with Mr. Brouwers via email.

Beautiful holiday home

We vacationed here with our three dogs and it was great. Not far to the beach (however, not so good for dogs that can't climb stairs, but there's a ramp for the disabled 300m further on). The holiday home is well-equipped. The garden is large enough for the dogs, surrounded by a hedge that protects from prying eyes. Mr. Brouwers was always reachable and contact was smooth. We will come back.

Had a wonderful week at the Zandput 4.

I was in Zoutelande last week at park de Zandput. I had cottage number 4. Together with my little dog, we had a wonderful week. The garden is fenced, so it's very nice if you bring a pet. You are nicely sheltered. The cottage is cozy (Ibiza style) and equipped with all conveniences. Not very big, but everything you might need is present. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also very tidy and optimally arranged. Small kitchen but everything is present here, even a dishwasher. There are even bicycles available for use. Accommodation is suitable for older people, families with children, and your pet is also allowed.
I felt at ease upon entering. The surroundings are also ideal. Close to the sea, supermarket, and the village.

Beautiful vacation week

We spent a week in this nice holiday house with our two dogs and were very satisfied. Everything you need is available. Since we already knew the area, we knew that Zandput is located a bit outside, which was not a problem for us. The beach is easily accessible on foot, and by bike, you can quickly reach the town center of Zoutelande. Thanks to the weather, we also had a very relaxing holiday week. Thank you.

Lovely stay within walking distance of the sea!

Cozy furnished chalet with everything you need for a nice vacation. It was cold days, but the heating works well and quickly. As soon as the sun shines, you can sit outside comfortably out of the wind.
The bed sleeps well despite the somewhat narrow size of 140x200.
The beach is within walking distance (10 minutes), and that is a great luxury!

Parking space right next to the house. The beach is within walking distance, otherwise there are bicycles in the shed that you can use.
The house has everything you need, very bright and everything clean. There were welcome drinks in the fridge, new cleaning sponges in the kitchen, and everything you need for the final cleaning.
Despite the not so good weather, we felt comfortable and will definitely come back.

A very beautiful, cozy bungalow with everything your heart desires. Chilled drinks, tea (a large selection), and coffee are available for welcome. The children's room with bunk beds offers a wide variety of games. The living room with a sofa, two armchairs, and two wicker chairs provides a cozy atmosphere for reading or watching TV. Four comfortable bar stools invite you to eat together at the table. Four bikes and a foldable wagon are available. The large garden table with chairs and loungers is perfect for outdoor dining, while the small terrace offers a cozy spot to sit and enjoy the view of the dunes landscape. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything needed for passionate cooking. The modern bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. You can have a vacation here at an excellent price-performance ratio. We had a great week here and will definitely come back.

The cottage matched the photos. Surprisingly fresh and cozily furnished. As a welcome, there was a lovely bottle of wine and a cold beer. This way, we could start the vacation well.

We had a short-week vacation in Zoutelande. The house was perfect for two people with a dog. The property is enclosed with a hedge, so the dog could go outside at any time, which our furry friend really enjoyed. We didn't miss anything personally. There are even 4 bicycles available. The landlord is very nice and communicative. We would definitely recommend the house.
