BEACH - THE Zeeland RIVIERA

The bungalow is located 500 meters from the most beautiful and longest sandy beach in the Netherlands: The Zeeland Riviera, the only southern beach in the Netherlands. At the bottom of our dune crossing is the Neptunus beach pavilion and there are 6 other beach pavilions every 500 meters.
BUNGALOW DE ZANDPUT 4

Quadruple (2 adults/2 children), fully modernized in 2022, cozy, detached bungalow (50m2) with two bedrooms, bathroom, storage room and sunny, completely private garden all around (plot 210m2). 500 meters / 5 minutes walk from the beach. The many windows provide plenty of light and distant views. The bungalow is well insulated and equipped with double glazing and central heating: in cold periods it quickly becomes pleasantly warm and in the warm summer months it is always pleasantly cool. Also four bicycles available.
GARDEN

Front garden 100m2, half lawn, half terrace with a large dining table with six chairs, 5 sun loungers and a floating parasol. Backyard 35m2 with small terrace, cozy lounge corner and a beach garden with shell dune, beach posts, beach grass and flowers. The front and back garden offer plenty of sun and shade all day long from early in the morning until late in the evening and are completely surrounded by high green hedges, which offer complete privacy.

De Zandput is a small-scale, quiet, cozy, green holiday bungalow park with 85 detached private bungalows and villas, 2 playgrounds and 3 large parking spaces. Our bungalow is located on a quiet, dead-end road with a distant view and lots of greenery. Bungalow park De Zandput is located near Zoutelande, between holiday villa park Het Kustlicht and a 10 km long landscaped nature park with various walking routes to the lake De Westkapelse Kreek and the dunes that extend to Westkapelle, Domburg, Dishoek and Vlissingen. It is located 1.5 km from the pleasant center of the seaside resort of Zoutelande with various shops, restaurants and terraces. It is wonderful to walk on the beach or through the dunes to Vlissingen or Domburg.

The island of Walcheren has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands and many cafes, restaurants, terraces, beach pavilions, shops and boutiques, especially in the tourist seaside resort of Zoutelande, a 5-minute bike ride away. Also within cycling distance are Domburg (busy seaside resort), Veere (old port/fortified city), Middelburg (the "Zeeland Amsterdam") and Vlissingen (port city with boulevard), which can easily be reached via various cycle paths on our 4 available bicycles. Zoutelande is also a good base for a day in Knokke, Bruges or Ghent in Belgium by car.

Relaxed vacation
Parking space right next to the house. The beach is within walking distance, otherwise there are bicycles in the shed that you can use.
The house has everything you need, very bright and everything clean. There were welcome drinks in the fridge, new cleaning sponges in the kitchen, and everything you need for the final cleaning.
Despite the not so good weather, we felt comfortable and will definitely come back.

Very tasteful accommodation with two terraces.
A very beautiful, cozy bungalow with everything your heart desires. Chilled drinks, tea (a large selection), and coffee are available for welcome. The children's room with bunk beds offers a wide variety of games. The living room with a sofa, two armchairs, and two wicker chairs provides a cozy atmosphere for reading or watching TV. Four comfortable bar stools invite you to eat together at the table. Four bikes and a foldable wagon are available. The large garden table with chairs and loungers is perfect for outdoor dining, while the small terrace offers a cozy spot to sit and enjoy the view of the dunes landscape. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything needed for passionate cooking. The modern bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. You can have a vacation here at an excellent price-performance ratio. We had a great week here and will definitely come back.

Leuk stekkie om te genieten van zon, zee en strand
Het huisje kwam overeen met de foto's. Verrassend fris en gezellig ingericht. Als welkom stond er een heerlijke fles wijn en een biertje koud. Zo konden we de vakantie goed beginnen.
Heerlijk om zee en strand op loop afstand te hebben. De omheinde tuin is fantastisch als je een hond hebt.

Nice holiday house with garden and terrace, quiet and central location.
We had a short-week vacation in Zoutelande. The house was perfect for two people with a dog. The property is enclosed with a hedge, so the dog could go outside at any time, which our furry friend really enjoyed. We didn't miss anything personally. There are even 4 bicycles available. The landlord is very nice and communicative. We would definitely recommend the house.

A great short vacation
This house invites you to stay in good and bad weather and at the same time offers a great starting point for trips to the beach and the surrounding villages. It is so lovingly furnished that you feel at home right away! Thank you for a relaxing long weekend! I will gladly come back!

Cozy house with a feel-good factor!
