Holiday Home 77 is located in the quiet and small-scale bungalow park De Zandput in Zoutelande. This charming location and the immediate surroundings offer you plenty of opportunities for an unforgettable holiday on the Zeeland Riviera! The house has recently undergone a complete makeover. Holiday home 77 is suitable for a stay of 4 people. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. An extra camping bed is optional. Furthermore, the house is equipped with all comforts and necessities. From a dishwasher to a washing machine and from a Nespresso machine to 3 smart TVs with internet connection. You will probably lack nothing!
The garden
The entire plot of 350m2 is fully fenced (height 1.5m). From the garden you can see the dunes in the distance. There is also one parking space on private property. A second car can be parked a stone’s throw away. Want to charge your electric bikes? That is possible in the brick storage. There is a charging station for EVs around the corner (charging costs are not included).
Pets
Holiday home 77 is pet-friendly and up to three small dogs are allowed.
The bungalow park De Zandput
De Zandput in Zoutelande is a quiet and small-scale bungalow park with approx. 85 private holiday homes. There are 2 playgrounds for children in the park. Beach (500m), walking and cycling routes, shops, bike rental and catering facilities, all of this can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The surroundings
Holiday home 77 is a wonderful place on the Zeeland Riviera to enjoy the peace and the beach. It is also the ideal base for activities or to explore Zeeland. Places like Middelburg, Veere, Domburg and Vlissingen are nearby and are definitely worth a visit.
Rental of Holiday Home 77
Holiday Home 77 can only be rented per week during the high season. During the low season it is possible to book for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Exceptions on request. Cancellation terms:
Article 5 – Cancellation
Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by email). The following conditions apply:
– Partial payments will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
• For cancellations up to 42 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rental amount is due.
• For cancellations up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due.
• For cancellations within 28 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
• If you do not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount is due.
• In the event of cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded.
