Just 700 meters from the sunniest beach in the Netherlands and 2.5 km from the center of Zoutelande, you will find this new, modern holiday home. Located in a wooded and quiet area and 3.5 km from Westkapelle, this holiday house, newly built in 2025, offers everything for a comfortable stay.
The house has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. It also has a terrace with garden furniture and access to a beach cabin on Zuidstrand Zoutelande (May to September).
This holiday home (80 m²) is completely new and offers a high level of living comfort. The house is equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and a TV with internet connection. In addition, there is a heated outdoor shower and optionally a travel cot and/or high chair available. The house is suitable for 4 people (the first floor is not accessible for rental).
The 150 m² garden is fully enclosed with greenery, featuring a spacious terrace and lawn. You can park your car next to the house and store and charge your electric bikes in the brick shed.
Bungalow park De Zandput is a small-scale and quiet bungalow park with 88 private holiday homes. The park has two playgrounds and is within walking distance of the beach (700 m). In the immediate vicinity you will find walking and cycling routes, shops, bicycle rental and various catering establishments.
De Zandput 22 is an ideal base for exploring Zeeland. Enjoy the peace, the beach and nature, or visit nearby cities such as Middelburg, Veere, Domburg and Vlissingen. Deltapark Neeltje Jans at the foot of the largest storm surge barrier in the world is also worth a visit.
