Description
Our comfortably and generously furnished holiday home directly on Lake Sellin offers 3 self-contained bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 guest WC, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a combination microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor fan, various small appliances and comprehensive 12-piece crockery and cutlery. In the living room you will be greeted by the omnipresent lake view, a leather living landscape, a dining group with loom wicker chairs. For your entertainment, there is an internet-enabled 43-inch LCD TV with Phillips sound system and an Ipod docking station. An additional wine fridge is available for your drinks.
1.FIRST FLOOR:
In the large master bedroom you will find a built-in wardrobe with electric fireplace, flat screen TV to watch TV comfortably in bed.
New mattresses (June 2018, the best-tested mattress according to Stiftung Warentest in 4 different degrees of hardness) ensure a restful sleep
Here, too, you can enjoy a wonderful lake view.
In the adjacent smaller bedroom there are two single beds, a small seating area and a wardrobe.
Between these two rooms is the bathroom with WC, a large shower ( 90x90), washbasin with vanity unit and mirror cabinet.
2.FIRST FLOOR:
From the hallway you then go up to the studio, which was only re-clad a year ago. It is completely closed off from the hallway and offers undisturbed privacy. Here, too, a new flat-screen TV has been installed. The skylight again offers a wide view over Lake Sellin.
As of 2020, the entire floor on the upper floor, stairs and top floor has been laid with ecologically oriented click vinyl.
From the south-facing garden you can see the real proximity to the lakeshore. On the wind-protected terrace you will find comfortable garden furniture with cushions for 6 people, two loungers, a large traffic light parasol and your own beach chair.
1 free folding bicycle can be used as a "bread express" for a quick trip to the bakery.
Now new
free WLAN use and a washing machine (max. 2 kg load) for the little laundry in between!

Location and surroundings of object
At the entrance to Sellin you will find the access road to the "Fährhaus Sellin". A short walk along the lakeshore (300m) will take you to the newly built Sellin harbour (link), which is a "resting place for yachtsmen on the water". From here you can already use a ferry connection with new passenger ships to get to the island of Vilm or to Putbus or Lauterbach. From spring 2019, there will be an appealing gastronomic offer in the form of a smoker ship with beach chairs on the beach in front of it
You can set off by bike directly from the terrace and explore the entire Mönchgut. A well-developed network of cycle paths leads to Binz, Seedorf, Baabe, Thiessow and further if you wish. A spacious park with adventure pool and wellness area, many shopping facilities and the Sellin-West station of the legendary "Rasender Roland" are only a few minutes' walk away. A spa train takes you to the main beach with the famous Sellin pier, 900 m away. With its unmistakable spa architecture, the Baltic resort of Sellin is one of the most beautiful Baltic resorts in Germany. On the Wilhelmstraße promenade, you can walk up the "ladder to heaven" to the famous pier, which has been restored to its former glory. From here you have a breathtaking view of the fireworks that light up the sky not only on New Year's Eve. Sellin has two beaches, the main beach at the pier and the south beach (part of which is for dogs), from which you can walk to Baabe and Goehren.

Super Ferienhaus
Rügen ist immer ein Urlaub werd und dann in dem schönem Haus am Sellin See. Im Haus fühlt man sich ganz schnell wie Zuhause und der Blick auf den Selliner See ein Träumchen.

Erholung pur
Hier hat alles gestimmt. Sehr sympathischer und flexibler Kontakt bei der Buchung und nette Betreuung vor Ort. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Da fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Optimale Lage, ruhig, entspannter Ausblick und trotzdem nah an Einkauf und Restaurants.
Wir werden wiederkommen, das ist sicher!

Silvesterurlaub mit Hund
Die Unterkunft der Familie Dilk ist ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen.Es fängt schon mit dem freundlichen, telefonischen Kontakt bei der Buchung an und zieht sich bis zum Ende durch,einschließlich der freundlichen Betreuung durch die ortsansässige Verwalterin.Wir werden auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wieder dort Urlaub machen.
