For your comfort, there is also a washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, and TV. A private parking space is available for you directly at the house. Your family holiday on the Baltic Sea allows you to spend valuable time with your children, grandparents, and friends. Villa 4 You, with a living area of over 250 sqm, is unusually built. The very modern cube structure, with an open design, is spread over two generously laid out levels.
In the upper area there is a large kitchen, perfectly equipped with everything you need to cater for up to 10 people. The induction stove with 8 cooking zones, the combi-steam microwave, and the oven at eye level make meal preparation easier.
Eat. Whenever and wherever you want
At the large dining table with space for all generations, on the wraparound terrace, or rather down in the beautiful garden. After the meal, a coffee or rather an espresso? No problem, a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine are available.
A retreat for something special
After an eventful day, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa landscape. Relax and enjoy a movie with Dolby surround sound and a view of the three-sided gas fireplace. The children browse through the many games and books. Here you and your family can enjoy a relaxing time with plenty of space to play and discover.

The four bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed—two of them with an extra bed—are all equipped with a television and internet connection. A good sleep makes half the day, and with us it begins in beds you like to stay in a little longer. One bedroom has direct access to the shower bathroom. The fourth bedroom is like a small apartment with an extra bathroom. This way, the youngsters can retreat undisturbed.
In total, there are three bathrooms on the lower level, a guest WC, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The sunny wooden terrace facing south is equipped with a spacious lounge seating area and sun loungers. Naturally impressive, refreshingly cordial, this is how you can enjoy the evening on the terrace with beautiful lighting. The BBQ area with a large wooden table in the garden invites you to grill; here, there are no limits to your imagination.
No expense was spared on parking either; up to four cars can be accommodated there, directly in front of the house. On the other side of the house, you will find the possibility to park your bicycles.

Stroll up the linden-lined Wilhelmstraße in Sellin to the pier, and you will feel as if you are in another world. Restaurants with large terraces and beach chairs, small shops, beautiful villas in the spa architecture style adorn both sides of the gently rising main promenade leading to the steep shore. At the end of Wilhelmstraße, a breathtaking view opens up over the beach, the Baltic Sea, and the magnificent pier of Sellin. A wooden staircase with 78 steps, the so-called "Stairway to Heaven", leads down to the Sellin pier with its restaurant. At the end of the almost 400m long pier, you can dive without getting wet. A holiday fun for the whole family is the diving gondola. The gondola sinks down to four meters deep and stops one meter above the sea floor.
