This rural holiday home is located in Oostkapelle on the cosy Minicamping de Dankbare near the beach and forest! The tourist towns of Domburg and Oostkapelle are also nearby.
The chalet has everything you want for your holiday in Zeeland.
The chalet has a charmingly furnished living room with two 2-seater sofas where you can relax in front of the TV after a day at the beach. At the dining table for 5 people you can enjoy your home-cooked meal.
The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner cooker, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave and a refrigerator. Of course there is enough crockery and cutlery.
In the chalet you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 3 single beds, one of them with bunk beds. The beds are made upon arrival. A maximum of 4 adults and 1 child can sleep.
Through the sliding door you can access your own veranda, where you can enjoy the sun in the morning and evening.

Cancellation terms:
- 6.Annulering: 6.1.Verhuurder kan door bijzondere omstandigheden genoopt worden tot annulering en ontbinding van de huurovereenkomst. Annulering en ontbinding dienen schriftelijk te geschieden. Verhuurder zal in dat geval zijn uiterste best doen een alternatief aan de huurder aan te bieden. Mocht dit niet naar tevredenheid van huurder lukken, dan zal verhuurder alle door huurder betaalde bedragen terugstorten, zonder enige aansprakelijkheid van verhuurder. 6.2.Huurder is gerechtigd de huurovereenkomst te annuleren en te ontbinden, met inachtneming van het volgende: 6.2.1.Annulering en ontbinding dient u eerst telefonisch te melden, waarna u dit per aangetekend schrijven bevestigt onder bijvoeging van de huurovereenkomst. Dit schrijven dient gericht te zijn aan Walcheren Vakanties te Domburg. 6.2.2.Bij annulering binnen 24 uur na reservering is het optierecht van kracht ( zie punt 5). 6.2.3.Bij annulering na 24 uur en tot 3 maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode , wordt 15% van de huursom in rekening gebracht. 6.2.4. Bij annulering tussen 3 maanden en 1 maand voor aanvang van de huurperiode, wordt 50% van de huursom in rekening gebracht. 6.2.5.Bij annulering tussen 1 maand en 1 week voor aanvang van de huurperiode, wordt 75% van de huursom in rekening gebracht. 6.2.6. Bij annulering korter dan 1 week voor aanvang van de huurperiode, wordt 100% van de huursom in rekening gebracht. Ten alle tijden zullen bij annulering de administratiekosten verschuldigd zijn. 6.3.Verhuurder zal na ontvangst van een annulering van de huurder een annuleringsnota opmaken, met inachtneming van de bepalingen van dit artikel. Reeds betaalde gelden zullen worden verrekend conform de inhoud van de annuleringsnota en enig overblijvend saldo ten gunste van huurder zal worden teruggestort.
