Because of the location of this holiday chalet, you can find both peace and entertainment here. The chalet is located in a quiet holiday park with chalets and campsites. In the park you will find everything you need for your family holiday by the sea!
You can use the facilities of Camping Olmenveld, such as a bakery for fresh bread and various newspapers, bicycle rental, a cosy brasserie with a nice sun terrace, snack bar and laundry. There is also a swimming pond with private beach and a fishing pond in the park for you to enjoy!
The living room has 4 comfortable sofas, 2 poufs, a TV and patio doors to the terrace! There is enough space at the dining table for 6 people to enjoy a home-cooked meal.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and fridge.
The chalet has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Of course, a cot and a high chair are available.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet.
Through the open doors you can go out onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in the lounge set with nice cushions. Prefer to stay out of the sun? That is also possible! A large parasol is available. The garden is very spacious, so the children can play. The chalet is ideal for your holiday in Zeeland!

Serooskerke is situated between Middelburg and Vrouwenpolder and is a typical Walcheren village with a church and church square and a row of farms around it.

Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
