In a truly unique atmosphere, where history and modern comforts are combined, you can enjoy in and around the tower with a group of up to 16 people. Within the thick walls of this non-smoking water tower there is a well-equipped living area spread over several floors, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, a playroom in the basement and the real experience of the huge water tower (in and around it). You can even climb into the tower's canopy, where you have a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Walcheren, while you can sit and relax on 4 sides. And that is not all. With a height of about 36 meters, the water tower still has a unique lookout tower. Relaxation outdoors is provided by the spacious garden all around (approx. 800 m2 plot) with a large terrace with lots of sun and privacy. On the property we have parking for 5 cars and a charging station for electric cars. The boulevard is only a stone's throw away and can be reached on foot in only one minute. And on the boulevard is the bathing beach, one of the few southern beaches in the Netherlands, where you can almost touch the passing sea ships. This is how close they come to the coast! The shopping centre and the many restaurants are also within walking distance. Behind the entrance of this listed building, which was restored in 2015, there is a spacious kitchen on the ground floor where up to 16 people can meet for a delicious meal. The kitchen has a beautiful, fully equipped kitchenette, which is stylistically based on the contours of the tower. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher and for cooking there is a Falcon Kirtchener with 5-burner gas stove including 1 wok burner and double hot air oven. On the 2nd half of this floor is the living room with high ceilings that emphasize the round shape of the tower. This living room has beautiful relaxing sofas and has private and private access to the garden. A transparent glass-gas fireplace provides a cosy separation and also the view from the kitchen to the living room and vice versa. In the almost industrial basement there is a fully equipped playroom for young and old with pinball and billiard machines. You can also use the washing machine and / or dryer, which are located here. The 1st floor is half a floor and offers space for a children's room with 4 single beds and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the 2nd to 4th floor there are a total of 6 large double bedrooms. Each room has its own atmosphere due to the shape, the height of the ceilings or the existing furniture. There are also 2 luxury bathrooms with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. In one of the bathrooms you will even find a cosy sauna. All rooms, from the living room to the 7 bedrooms, each have their own flat screen TV. From the 4th floor you can enter the room under the water barrel ( litre) via a nice spiral staircase or walk around the water barrel. Through the surrounding windows you have a free view of the surroundings, the city and even a piece of the sea. You can also enter the former barrel. Only then you will really know how much water was ever stored in the barrel. In the middle of the water barrel there is a pleasant spiral staircase with which you can climb the tower of the water tower. At a great height, you can sit and relax under the striking roof with its intricate half-timbered construction made of authentic wood. This is an experience in itself. The dormer windows also offer endless views. The absolute and literal highlight of the water tower is of course the watchtower, which is located under the crown of the tower at a height of approximately 36 metres. The breathtaking views in all four corners of the world extend far beyond the island and the sea. If you have special wishes or would like to combine your stay with an activity, please ask us. Vlissingen has two beaches. The beach borders the boulevard, where you will find all the facilities you need!
A little further you will find the Nollestrand, which borders on the beautiful dunes of Vlissingen.

The Arsenal: The Arsenal is an ideal place to go with your children! There are a lot of activities to do there. Learn all about pirates, see all the beautiful fish and visit the crow's nest, which gives you a good view over the whole of Vlissingen!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
