The circumferential roof terrace, accessible from every room, opens up fantastic views over Binz to the sea, the Granitz and the Schmachter See. Enjoy romantic sunsets on your living room terrace. The fine sandy kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach is only 500 m away. It is only a few steps to the Granitz forest area, the Baltic seaside resort with its promenade, spa architecture, shops and restaurants. The flat has a light-flooded living-dining area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's unfortunate for everyone if the Penthouse Sonnensteg remains vacant while other vacationers would have liked to come. If you are unable to commence your booked stay, the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellation/Termination - Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Great view
A very nicely located holiday apartment with complete amenities.
The view from the rooftop terrace is simply great. Unfortunately, the temperature setting was not optimal for us; we always felt it was too cold in the apartment. Additionally, since the floor is completely tiled, underfloor heating would be desirable. BUT that is complaining at a high level, especially since we were there in winter. And in case of need, there were also plenty of cozy blankets available. The use of the garage parking space is very tricky; it takes a bit of practice to drive onto the space quickly. And to not leave any scratches on the car (mid-sized SUV). Unfortunately, the landlord can't do anything about that; the entrance to the garage and the garage itself should have been made a few square meters larger during planning. However, despite the difficulties in parking, it’s great to have a parking space in Binz. If it suits us and we want to vacation in Binz again, the penthouse is our first choice. It was a successful vacation over New Year's on Rügen.

Schade, dass es Ihnen nicht immer wohlig warm erschien, es ist denkbar, dass bei vorheriger Nutzung temporäre Temperaturabsenkungen programmiert waren. Das kann vor Ort einfach am Display des jeweiligen Zimmerthermostats geändert werden, wir können das aber auch gerne aus der Entfernung für Sie vornehmen. In einem solchen Fall ist es immer gut, uns umgehend zu kontaktieren. Das Problem zu beheben ist vergleichsweise einfach ?, dennoch schauen wir vor Ihrem nächsten Besuch noch einmal genauer hin.

Time out in Binz
Very nice holiday apartment in a great location. Everything was within walking distance in just a few minutes. Ideal for hiking and cycling tours. In the village, there is a friendly bike rental at reasonable prices. The garage is a challenge. After the side mirror on the car was destroyed while parking, we parked on the street, even at the risk of getting a parking ticket.

Es tut uns leid, dass die Tiefgarage eine Herausforderung war. Leider ist das in Binz keine Seltenheit – Parkraum ist knapp und oft teuer. Umso mehr möchten wir unseren Gästen mit dem kostenlosen Stellplatz ein Stück Komfort bieten, auch wenn das Einparken etwas Fingerspitzengefühl verlangt.

Great holiday apartment
This vacation apartment exceeded our expectations. For us, it is a good location, as it was only about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. A Rewe is also easily reachable on foot. But you always have to go up the hill. Also no problem, because there is a bus stop nearby for the city bus, which you can use for free with the spa card. The apartment was very tastefully furnished and the balcony that runs around three sides is great, as there are tables and chairs on each of the three sides. The beds were very comfortable. The booking process was very straightforward. However, there is one drawback: the underground garage is very, very tight. You really have to maneuver to get in and out well. And in Binz, there are no free parking spaces to fall back on, except from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (free) also in front of the accommodation. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.
