This exceptional villa offers 245m² of living space for up to six people. The "Oceania Sugarhouse" has 3 bedrooms, 3 shower bathrooms, a large living area, a kitchen with dining area as well as a large outdoor area on several levels and direct sea access. The fine light sandy beach of "Playa de Esquinzo" is only 30m away.
Upon entering this dreamlike villa, you are greeted by the spacious living area with its cosy sitting area. Adjacent to the living room is a terrace with seating area for your morning breakfast with a phenomenal sea view.
The bright kitchen area, which can be reached via the living room, welcomes you with its rustic charm. The processed wood perfectly underlines the style of this exceptional property. The kitchen of the "Oceania Sugarhouse" is equipped with all utensils needed for cooking. In addition, there are electrical appliances such as a capsule machine (either a Frenchpress or an expresso) for your freshly brewed morning coffee, a kettle, an induction hob with four cooking zones, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a large fridge with freezer compartment.
A few steps lead from the living area to the first bedroom "Pacifica" with a comfortable double bed. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin with a large mirror.

In each of the three bathrooms there is a hairdryer for our guests. In addition, there are enough large and small towels, hand soap and hand disinfection available for our guests to ensure a holiday experience of the highest hygienic standards.
On the lower level of this villa are the two rooms "Nalu" and "Aloha", which are each equipped with two single beds. You will enjoy a unique sea view from all rooms during your stay.
One of the lower rooms also provides access to the spacious outdoor area of the "Oceania Sugarhouse". The garden, which is laid out in the style of the house, is divided into several levels and offers you a fantastic sea view. Beautifully planted palm and cactus beds offer you the typical Canarian flair to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The outdoor area of the villa is equipped with sun loungers, various seating areas, an outdoor shower and the barbecue area.
In addition, there is a washing machine in the rear outdoor area for washing your clothes.
We assure you that all our holiday accommodations are cleaned to the highest hygienic standards, so that nothing stands in the way of a safe holiday feeling and you do not have to worry about anything.

Shops for daily needs in Esquinzo, in Morro Jable, which is approx. 9km away, and in Costa Calma, which is approx. 14km away.
A bus stop for public transport is not far from this holiday accommodation.
The south of Fuerteventura impresses with its very beautiful wide sandy beaches and also offers a wide range of sporting activities from golf to water sports.
