Our bright and sunny holiday accommodation "Casa Tina Sol" in Costa Calma offers you everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
You enter the flat via the front terrace (approx. 15m²) with seating and parasol. The "Casa Tina Sol" has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, a large living room with an open-plan kitchen area, an inviting conservatory with dining area, from which you can step out onto your sun terrace with sea views. The fine sandy beach of Costa Calmas is 500 metres away and can be reached on foot in 6 minutes.
The newly fitted kitchen of "Casa Tina Sol" is equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking. In addition, there are electrical appliances such as a "Dolce Gusto" coffee capsule machine or optionally a filter coffee machine for your freshly brewed morning coffee, a kettle, a toaster as well as an induction hob with 3 hobs and a large fridge-freezer.
There is a sofa area in the living room where you can end your day with a good glass of wine. The flat screen is a Smart TV, which receives German TV channels and is therefore perfectly equipped for an evening of TV. There is also a dining area with a table and two chairs in the living area adjacent to the open-plan kitchen.
The new bathroom with window has a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin with mirror cabinet. There are also enough large and small towels, hand soap and hand sanitiser for our guests to ensure you have a holiday experience of the highest hygienic standards.
There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom and a washing machine in the utility room on the front terrace, which you can use to do your laundry easily and conveniently.
The first bedroom has a comfortable bed (1.60m x 2.00m), the second bedroom a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m). Each room also has a sufficiently large wardrobe. A safe is available in a wardrobe for the safe storage of your documents.
The living room and the second bedroom lead to the absolute highlight of "Casa Tina Sol", the conservatory and the sun terrace with sea views. The conservatory has a dining area where you can sit together in an inviting atmosphere. The rear terrace (approx. 25m²) is equipped with two sun loungers, a seating area and two parasols.
We assure you that all our flats are cleaned to the highest hygienic standards, so that nothing stands in the way of a safe holiday feeling and you don't have to worry about anything.

Healthcare by German-speaking doctors and pharmacies is also guaranteed on site.
Costa Calma is a quiet town in the south of Fuerteventura with green areas and small shops.
The south of Fuerteventura is characterised by its beautiful wide sandy beaches and also offers a wide range of sporting activities from golf to water sports.
The Jandia golf course is around 20 km from the flat and the neighbouring town of La Pared, on the west coast of Fuerteventura, can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. The airport of Fuerteventura is 65 kilometres from Costa Calma.
