We welcome you to our comfortable holiday accommodations Großer Kater and Kleine Katze in the tranquil Baltic Sea resort of Breege between the Bodden and the sea on the northernmost shore of Rügen. Only 500 metres from the kilometre-wide dream beach, we have created a feel-good oasis for cat lovers. In the Großer Kater holiday home, three bedrooms, a chic bathroom and the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which merges seamlessly into the living room, are spread over a spacious 95 square metres and two floors. The master bedroom features a luxurious box-spring bed. Two further bedrooms, each with a double bed and high-quality mattresses, nestle charmingly under the roof. To ensure that you feel really at home here, we have focused on exceptional comfort.
The kitchen equipment includes a generous side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, a food processor, a deep fryer and a contact grill. Retreat with a good book or a glass of wine on our spacious corner sofa and listen to the crackling fireplace or watch your favourite movie on the SMART TV in XXL format. For football fans, we have activated Sky-Business with all Bundesliga matches.
Pets, especially cats, are very welcome here. And so that your four-legged darlings feel really comfortable, we have provided a cat scratching post, litter trays and bowls. The cats can reach the outdoor enclosure with a viewing platform via a cat flap.
In the garden there are also two sun loungers and the terrace, where you can spend some wonderful time. We focus on sustainability and produce electricity from our own solar system. And if you are travelling with an environmentally friendly e-car, you will find a wallbox for charging at our holiday home.

The quiet yet central location speaks for itself: shops, cafés, restaurants with regional specialities, supermarket and bicycle rental are within walking distance. The sweeping Tromper Wiek bay with its twelve-kilometre-long sandy beach connects the Jasmund peninsula in the south with the steep coast at Cape Arkona in the north. With its marina, the Breeger Bodden is a popular Eldorado for sailors and water sports enthusiasts.
Rügen has so many facets. Take a detour to Binz and Sellin and stroll past elegant spa architecture and along the promenades lined with shops and cafés. Slow down with a ride on the Rasenden Roland, Germany's oldest narrow-gauge railway, which connects Rügen's popular resorts. Let yourself be taken to the bottom of the sea by a diving gondola at the Sellin pier and learn interesting facts about the Baltic Sea. Hike through the Jasmund National Park and marvel at the impressive chalk cliffs. If you are travelling with children, you should put the Ozeaneum on your list of activities. On a huge 8,700 square metres you can learn everything about the northern seas and their inhabitants. It's also worth taking a trip to the Galileo Wissenswelt (Galileo World of Knowledge) and Dinosaurland Rügen with 120 life-size models of prehistoric creatures. Those interested in culture should also secure a ticket for the Störtebeker Festival early - a ferry takes you directly from Breege to Ralswiek.
