An excellent apartment. Equipped with all comforts (fireplace, wine cooler, tap with 100° hot water and chilled sparkling water (Quooker), etc.). Sea view and close to the harbor. Magenta TV. Quiet area. One must search long to find such a beautiful apartment.

Which sights are there in List?

In Harmony with the Elements – Experience List

The most spectacular sight in List is the surrounding nature. The wandering dunes near List are located in the middle of a nature reserve, which you can explore well on a guided tour. The rest of the Lister Dunes can be explored on your own along the paved paths. As a nature lover, you should take a trip to the Ellenbogen. This peninsula is the northernmost point of Germany. Here, you can admire the natural landscape with countless breeding birds and hundreds of free-roaming sheep. Two lighthouses at the western and eastern ends of the Ellenbogen guide passing ships. The Lister Oyster Trail is interesting as it brings you closer to the history and present of oyster farming. For more background information about nature in List, visit the Forces of Nature Adventure Center. Questions about island life and the Wadden Sea are answered here daily from 10 am to 6 pm. (As of November 2023) Here, you can marvel at the Wadden Sea in a whole new way – in a 360-degree cinema. You can get to know the town of List on a guided tour. There's even a sporty option: the Sightseeing-Run combines the joy of movement with a thirst for knowledge.

The Lister event calendar is filled throughout the year with larger and smaller events that will make your vacation unforgettable. At many other places on Sylt, you will find plenty of opportunities for going out, partying, dancing, and enjoying. Special highlights include the Musicnight on the Sylt ferry in August or the exciting beach chair auction by the Lister spa administration in October. The biggest highlight, of course, remains the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea. Experience the ebb and flow up close!

A beach vacation in List is something very special. On the west coast, an endless sandy beach awaits you. A special treat is the beach sauna. Less waves and wind can be found on the East Beach, just a few minutes' walk from the center. However, bathing here is dependent on the tides. But it leads gently into calm waters – ideal for families with small children. One of the best surfing spots on Sylt is also in List. Beginners will find optimal conditions at Ellenbogen. The local surf schools offer courses in both windsurfing and kite surfing. If you're interested in the new trend sport of SUP, you're in good hands there for your first walking or standing attempts on the board. The summer program includes mudflat walks for the whole family, a beach festival, and puppet theater. With the KidsCard, children can go on a discovery tour through List and "loot" gifts at various spots in the town. Little captains on a big trip: From Lister Harbor, boat trips such as the pirate ride on the cutter Gret Palucca embark. The Gret Palucca and the Rosa Paluka also regularly set sail for a visit to the seals. Fun and games await the youngest on the rest of the island, such as at the indoor and outdoor leisure center Sylt4Fun in Wenningstedt, archery between Tinnum and Keitum, or in the Tinnum Zoo. The park is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm from April to October. (As of November 2023)

Here you can buy everything from fish to vegetables on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7 am to 1 pm. (As of November 2023) Right at Lister Harbor, the GOSCH Fish Market in the Old Tonnenhalle offers everything to make you happy.

Sylt offers a wide variety of inspiring art. For example, during the summer, the Neue Bootshalle at Lister Harbor transforms into the Sylt Art Fair, which takes place from about May to September.
