The villa is furnished with great attention to detail. The equipment, from the kitchen with the bar counter to the tiled fireplace to the sauna and the XXL whirlpool, leaves nothing to be desired, and the pavilion also offers a place to retreat. The entire house is heated with geothermal energy.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located not far from the large Zinnowitz marina. It is about 250 steps to the Achterwasser and about 1900 metres to the Baltic Sea beach. If beach life is not your thing, you
there are many other possibilities, from extensive cycle tours - uniquely developed cycle paths over 200 kilometres long - or hikes to visits to the imperial spas.
There are also sections of beach for dogs. The beach promenade with its many cafés and restaurants invites you to take a stroll and stop for a bite to eat: A house upside down, submarine tour, butterfly farm, Karl's strawberry farm in Koserow, visit to the cliffs, several museums in Peenemünde, diving bell in Zinnowitz.

Worry-free in "Villa Sorgenfrei"
Everything was available .... from an egg pricker to sauna infusion. Everything as described. Even a very nice welcome gift from the host. We were 4 adults and 2 dogs
