In this chalet in the Zeeland village of Serooskerke, near Oostkapelle, you will immediately feel at home! The chalet is located in Holiday Park Olmenduin, a holiday park with chalets and campsites where you will find everything you need for your holiday by the sea!
You can use the facilities at Olmenveld campsite, such as a bakery for fresh bread rolls and various newspapers, bicycle rental, an attractive brasserie with a lovely sun terrace, a snack bar and a launderette. There is also a swimming pond with a private beach and a fishing pond on the premises where you can enjoy yourself.
The living/dining room of the chalet is atmospheric and comfortably furnished with a spacious sofa and a comfortable armchair, with lots of light spots everywhere, so you can also read a nice book in the evening. The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delicious dinner. It has a (small) dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.
There are 2 bedrooms in this chalet, one with a double bed (with separate mattresses) and in the children's room there are 3 single beds. The beds are made on arrival (compulsory booking) and a towel set can be added at the time of booking.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
You can enjoy the sun on the covered terrace. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable seating set and a parasol, so you can also enjoy the hot summer days! There is also a picnic set for 4 people to eat outside. The garden is fenced, so you can let your dogs (max. 10 kg) run free, and children cannot run into the street.
You can park your car in your own private parking space.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
