Description
This holiday home offers on the ground floor a very spacious living-dining room with open kitchen and adjoining utility room as well as a separate toilet, which can be reached via a spacious hallway, which also leads to the terrace garden, which is available for sole use.
In the living area you will find a large set of seats, an Internet-capable television and a chest of drawers with numerous parlour games. The impressive dining table with eight comfortable chairs offers enough space for sociable evenings.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker, Senseo machine, milk frother, toaster and electric kettle as well as other necessary kitchen equipment are available.
In the utility room next to the kitchen there is a large refrigerator with freezer compartments as well as a washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, you will find the equipment for relaxed barbecue evenings in the garden.
Behind the house, the south-facing, sunny terrace garden with its cosy outdoor areas awaits you. A dining table with eight chairs and a wonderful terrace with spacious wooden lounge furniture and comfortable cushions offer plenty of space.
The terrace garden is completely fenced in and is at your disposal for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy the sun, have barbecues and really relax.
The rear area of the garden also has a roof where you can safely store your rental bikes. Via the rear entrance you can quickly reach the adjacent park or the outdoor swimming pool.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, tub and toilet.
The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and three chests of drawers as well as a balcony with a view of the garden. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large closet with lots of storage space.
On the top floor there is a third bedroom with a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) and a second internet-compatible television. This room is only accessible via a steep staircase.

Location and surroundings of object
The well-stocked EMTE supermarket and a bicycle rental are within walking distance.
From here, the beautiful bathing beaches of Domburg, Oostkapelle and Vrouwenpolder, as well as the nearby Veerse Meer, which offers sailing, surfing and wakeboarding, can be reached quickly by bicycle within a few kilometres.
The capital of Zeeland, the medieval town of Middelburg, with its museums, boutiques and restaurants is also only a 10 minute drive away.
Because of its location, Serooskerke is a place where you can enjoy peace and relaxation and where you can use it as a base for many activities. Cars can be parked in the free parking lot 30 meters from the house.
From the back of the house you can directly access a beautiful small park, which borders on an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. In the immediate vicinity there is also a playground, a football field and several riding stables. Three golf courses can also be reached in a few minutes.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
