The chalet is located in the Zeeland village of Serooskerke, near Oostkapelle! The chalet is located in a quiet holiday park with chalets and campsites. In the park you will find everything you need for your holiday by the sea!
You can use the facilities of Camping Olmenveld, such as a bakery for fresh bread rolls and various newspapers, bicycle rental, an attractive brasserie with a nice sun terrace, a snack bar and a launderette. There is also a swimming pond with a private beach and a fish pond on the premises where you can enjoy yourself!
The living/dining room is tastefully furnished and has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave with oven function, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
There are 2 bedrooms in the chalet, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
You can enjoy the sun on the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable seating set and a parasol so you can enjoy the hot summer days! There is also a dining table for 4 people.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
