Description
Charming three-room apartment on the ground floor, with external dehors and private garden.
The housing unit consists of a large kitchen equipped with all comforts (kitchenette with 5 burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven), a large living room with smart TV, sofa bed and a single bed, a double bedroom and finally a bathroom with dressing room and washing machine.
The house has a private, outdoor parking space on the property. Wi-Fi and streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video etc) will be available to our guests.
Access to the swimming pool is available to guests. The homeowners, who live in the upstairs apartment, only use the pool occasionally when guests are not around.
5 minutes from the sea, from the historic center of Porto Maurizio and from the cycle path of the Riviera dei Fiori.
