The elegant Holiday Villa Anna Rosa is located on the first floor of a newly built villa in the hinterland of Imperia, on the outskirts of the small mountain village Artallo.
After a short but winding drive from the sea to the mountains, you are rewarded with a breathtaking sea view. This small valley opens like an amphitheater towards the Mediterranean Sea, this glistens at the foot of the mountain close enough to touch. It is a dream: no picture can play, you have to see it. The light show is overwhelming any time of day, on a clear day you can even see Corsica.
The house is surrounded on a sunny slope with an open, unobstructed views of a landscaped garden. On the 4000 sqm large, enclosed grounds are 3 houses of family distributed solely for Villa Anna Rosa has a 150 m² garden with a private gate.
You reach the apartment through a separate, ground-level entrance. The spacious, light-filled living room consists of a veranda-like dining area from which you can see the sea through the large windows at any time. On the veranda adjacent an open living area with a fireplace and two comfortable sofas. Here you can relax, read and spend the long evenings in the colder months.
There is a TV with international channels and a well-functioning Internet connection.
The one bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and has access to the balcony. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and drink the first cup of coffee, when the rest of the family is still asleep.
In the second bedroom you will find a pull-out bed, which can be used as a single bed as well as a double bed (180 x 200). Additionally, there is a folding bed, this can in any room, as desired, be made to do so.
In both bedrooms there are enough closets and dressers for your personal belongings.
In the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen you will except a stove, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator find a whole range of household appliances: such as a blender, kettle, juicer etc. The amateur chefs will be delighted.
In the bathroom you will find a shower and bath, there is also a washing machine.
The house is supplied with a gas heating, the heating will be charged according to consumption.
You have a beautiful private garden available. This is equipped with sun leagues and garden furniture. In small Pavilion features a charcoal grill and a pizza oven.
The property has been rented out for years by the world-renowned agency "Inter Chalet", scoring only the best reviews.
Villa Anna Rosa is the only apartment in the house. You can drive up to the house and park your car on the private, fenced lot.
On the 4000 square meter plot located in neighboring houses also 2 other apartments: Casetta Sofia and Casa Alessia. It is an ideal way to spend the holiday with a large family or a group of friends without sacrificing the privacy.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a detached house close to the picturesque village Artallo, in the hinterland of Imperia Porto Maurizio. The newly built house is in a secluded location in the middle of a large garden with a magnificent view of the sea. Artallo is a very pretty, lying on a sunny hilltop village. The old houses are nestled in an imposing baroque church. The central location of this suburb of Imperia can be reached both the hinterland and the coast very quickly.
The nearby beaches of Porto Maurizio in Borgo Prince district are predominantly public Sandstä Imperial Oneglia will see picturesque beaches Kiel.
Imperia consists of two districts, which were for centuries independent cities. One Porto Maurizio, was marked by the rural culture, trade and the nobility, the other Oneglia by the industry and the port. The old town of Porto Maurizio, Parasio, has an almost completely preserved medieval structure, a mountain houses with labyrinthine alleys, stairways and subways. All very romantic, authentic and not "totrestauriert" fortunately. Porto Maurizio has also a nice little port and beautiful sandy beaches. On Thursday there on the main street Via Cascione a market.
Oneglia however passed slowly from its industrial past and becomes a trendy, chic city. Close the factories, in the port developing rapidly very good restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats where you can still buy fresh fish, are increasingly luxury yachts. The beautiful Via Bonfante with its arcades is always interesting. There are very good food shops, boutiques and bars. Twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday there is a big market in Oneglia. Here you will find everything from tablecloths, flowers and handbags to Palma ham.
From Imperial, it is not far to Monaco, Monte Carlo or Genoa, Bordighera and Sanremo.

Villa Anna, near Artallo (Imperia - Porto Maurizio)
In the midst of a spacious garden, which contains olive trees, citrus fruits, and numerous other well-maintained plants, is the house with the Villa Anna holiday apartment. The arrangement with the owner worked great; the reception and the explanations about the property were understandable and sufficient. The landlady is reachable by mobile phone at any time. Everything is neat, very well-maintained, and clean and corresponds to the description. The access via a longer stretch of a very narrow, steep road is associated - once you have become accustomed to it - with the goal of a spectacular view of Porto Maurizio and the Ligurian Sea. The entire area of the apartment, including the garden, is situated on one level (only the access to the front door and the covered barbecue area each have a step) and is therefore suitable for people with limited mobility. There are fireplaces in the property and in the garden - however, the usage of these fireplaces was unfortunately made difficult by the too small quantity of very large olive wood logs. We were not able to obtain "normal" firewood. One must be aware that when deciding on this property, a means of transportation is absolutely necessary, as public transportation does not go to this mountain location. For that, one has their peace but is also just a few minutes away from the supermarket (e.g. Conad), where you can get a delicious coffee for 1 € at the café in the parking lot, as well as the beaches in Porto Maurizio (Borgo Marina or Borgo Foce). Because it was so beautiful, saying goodbye was even harder. We would love to come back!

Great Location for your Holidays
We stayed in Villa Anna for a week and enyoyed every minute. It is a calm place on a hill overlooking the olive trees and with a magnificent view of San Maurizio and the Mediterranian Sea. The house itself is well equipped with everything you need for a cosy stay and good cooking. The lady of the house was very friendly and offered help to meet our wishes.
We will remember our first visit to Liguria and will definitely come back.

Herrlich !
Wir haben in der Villa Anna zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht.
Super schöne Wohnung mit unbeschreiblichem Blick über die Olivenberge aufs Meer.
Alles sehr großzügig und sauber. Tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht.
Das absolute Highlight ist der riesige Garten. Hier auf den Liegestuhl abends einen Vino Bianco zu trinken ist einfach herrlich.
Wir waren schon oft in Ferienwohnungen, aber eine so tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin hatten wir bis jetzt noch nicht. Kinderlieb und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Motorschaden an unserem Auto und Anna hat sich um alles gekümmert. Viele herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Herrliche Unterkunft für die ganze Familie!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Mit der Gartenfläche inklusive Grillplatz kann man auch einen angenehmen Abend verbringen, ohne bis in die Stadt zu fahren. Das Grundstück ist nur mit Schlüssel zugängig und abgesichert.
Anna, die Vermieterin, ist äußerst zuverlässig, pünktlich und flexibel, sodass wir schon zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub bei ihr verbracht haben. Nachts ist es ruhig und es kühlt sich auch etwas ab, sodass man angenehm schlafen kann.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man mit Auto in kuzer Zeit am Strand, auf der Autobahn oder bei der nächsten Sehenswürdigkeit. Die Altstadt von Imperia, Porto Maurizio, ist sehr romantisch, wer es moderner mag und shoppen will, sollte sich den Stadtteil Oneglia anschauen.
Die Auffahrt zur Wohnung ist typisch italienisch und am Anfang abenteuerlich. Zu empfehlen ist die Zufahrt von Oneglia her, so wie es auch Anna beschreiben wird.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal in der Villa Anna Urlaub gemacht haben!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieterin sehr nett.
Die Lage ist ruhig, die Anfartsstraße etwas eng.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Touren durch Ligurien, auch nach Monaco ist es nicht weit.
Sehr zu empfehlen!
