The apartment is suitable for 6 people (max 5 adults) and is divided as follows:
Living kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, coffee machine (pads and filter), dishwasher, dishes. There is also a large seating area and a couch.
Bedroom 1: has a double bed, a bunk bed, and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: has two single beds and a wardrobe. Bathroom: is equipped with shower, washbasin and a toilet.
Garden: with garden furniture and grill (in summer). From the garden you have a beautiful view over the Zillertal.

Welcome to the vacation home Braunhof. Our house is located in the middle of the beautiful Zillertal. It is 750 meters above sea level near the Gerlos/Mayrhofen turnoff and is surrounded by numerous skiing and hiking areas
From your luxurious and spacious apartment you have a magnificent view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains
In a few minutes you are in any of the famous surrounding towns such as Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen, Gerlos or Fügen.
The house consists of 3 apartments, one of which is occupied by the owner
The other two apartments can be rented separately or together and offer space for a total of 2-14 people
Apartment Ziller is suitable for up to 6 people and apartment Gerlosstein for 8 people
Both are equipped with kitchen, bathroom and toilet and 2-3 bedrooms. Free Wlan and satellite TV.
Pets are allowed.

Withdrawal 89 to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. Withdrawal 59 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price. Withdrawal 29 days before the start of the rental period up to the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Niet de juiste match voor ons
Positief is dat de ruimte ruimer voelt dan op de foto's lijkt. Inrichting is zeer compleet en alles is netjes.
De indeling van de slaapkamers is niet praktisch en wordt exta beperkt doordat bedden aan de muur vastzitten en schuiven daardoor onmogelijk is. Er is 1 toilet en deze is in de badkamer. Met 6 personen in huis niet praktisch als de nood hoog is, maar er net iemand onder de douche staat.....
Er is geen vitrage waardoor je of in het donker zit of in de kijk.
De ligging van het huis is aan de doorgaande weg op de pas naar Gerlos. Je bent dus voor alles gebonden aan je eigen vervoer.
De skibus is redelijk dichtbij maar enkel te bereiken via een behoorlijk steile klim. Het is niet de standaard skibus, maar een soort lijndienst die, ook in hoogseizoen, maar 1x per uur voorbij komt. Deze tijden sluiten helaas niet aan bij eventuele tijden voor skiles. Ook hier ben je dus aangewezen op eigen vervoer.
Kortom, we hebben ons prima gered, maar het was alles behalve ideaal.

De indeling is duidelijk beschreven op de website, dus dat alles kunt u van te voren weten. Er staat ook vermeld dat het stapelbed voor kinderen is. Als u dan besluit met 6 volwassenen te komen is dat uw keus. Het feit dat de bedden niet kunnen schuiven is ter bescherming van onze vloeren.

We (Peter Kanters and Pascale Braun) are a couple and come from the Netherlands. We live in the Zillertal since March 2012. We bought our house Braunhof in December 2012 and have since renovated. Now in 2022 we will be finished inside, although there is always something to improve. From next year we will tackle the outside of the building. We receive guests from all over Europe and we like it very much. We are looking forward to welcoming you in our house.
