Fantastic location right on the lake with a unique view and the best restaurants nearby. Close to public transportation (bus/boat) and shopping options (grocery store/bakery). Super kitchen equipment. Balcony is a bit narrow, balcony chairs are hard and rather uncomfortable for long sitting. A lounge chair/comfy armchair would have been great. Otherwise a very nice place.

Tastefully furnished holiday home in a dreamlike, very quiet and idyllic location. Peace seekers prefer to avoid the peak travel times, as the house is located directly on the promenade with a playground, public seating, and a restaurant. The house is clean, with comfortable beds, a washing machine in the bathroom, a balcony facing the lake on the 1st floor, high-quality furniture, a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, parking directly in front of the house.

Beautiful little house for 4 people with a direct view of the lake that you can watch live through its changing reflections. And no worries in winter, the heating is adjustable as desired. Top destination.

Best location right by the lake. Older house, very attractively renovated. Windows very well soundproofed, didn't hear anything about the renovation of the nearby path. The stairs in the house are a bit steep. The small balcony gets sun almost all day, so you could enjoy breakfast in the spring sun.

We felt very comfortable and could enjoy the week. Casa Felice is beautifully decorated, super equipped, and has a top location. Many thanks to the cleaning staff who does the final cleaning. Everything was spotless.

We were at Casa Felice for the second time and it was beautiful again, cozy cottage, top equipment, right on the lake with a fantastic view, even if there is only a narrow balcony that is only accessible from the bedrooms, but that did not bother us! The weather was also good, we were very satisfied again, the booking via Fewo-Tessin was also without complaint, minor issues were taken care of immediately! We will gladly come back!!

Since there is a driveway to the lake next to the house and the excellent restaurant is to the right of it, it can sometimes be noisy early in the morning and until 11 pm at night. The children's playground is also very popular... But the unobstructed lake view makes up for everything and the house is truly top-notch.

The location is also hard to beat, only if you want to eat on the balcony, it's a bit difficult, as it is very narrow and only accessible from the bedrooms, but it didn't bother us! And in the morning there is some delivery traffic for the adjacent pizzeria, which is also highly recommended! A successful holiday week for us. Also great is the parking directly at the house, everything perfect!!!

The holiday home Casa Felice is well and nicely furnished. It has everything you need. The kitchen is superbly equipped. There is too little space to store clothes in the second bedroom. The bed/mattress was comfortable. There is a great restaurant next to the holiday home. We (4 adults) had a nice and relaxing holiday.

A super located holiday home right on the lake. Great facilities and very clean. The restaurant downstairs didn't bother us at all, as it was always quiet from eleven o'clock in the evening. And the parking space right by the house is also very practical. Only the mattresses were too hard for us.

The house is very nice, clean, practically furnished and lovingly decorated. The location on the lake is great. The only drawback is the restaurant right next door. The deliveries and preparations in the morning and the guests in the evening cause some noise. However, only as long as the windows are open. Since they are perfectly soundproofed, silence returns immediately after closing them.

We immediately felt at home. Great little house, tastefully furnished. Only small minus: the house is right next to a restaurant with a large terrace. In the evening it gets quite noisy..... otherwise everything is very nice.
