Our house is situated on the sunny side and can be reached from Kappl village 1,5 km in the direction of Ischgl Kappl is the 2 village in the Paznaun valley - Silvrettastr.
and lies 7 km before the very well-known skiing area Ischgl.

Our village has 2600 inhabitants who live in small hamlets (92).
The centre of Kappl is situated 1 km from the Silvrettabundesstr. on the sunny side of the valley.

Our house is an ideal starting point for skiers and snowboarders in winter. The free ski bus stops directly at the house, you can conveniently ski or sled from the slope right to the house.

It is 7 km to Ischgl.

Our restaurant Mountaingarage in Kappl Dorf is a place to enjoy. Guests are treated here to varied dishes, regional specialties, and lots of attention to detail. The combination of delicious cuisine, warm service, and pleasant atmosphere makes every visit a special experience.

For the third time, we have been able to spend a wonderful ski holiday at Haus Dorfblick. Price/performance simply top. We like it so much that we have booked again for next year. A big compliment and thank you goes to the Zöhrer family! Thank you for the beautiful time with you!

Very nice vacation

Everything was to our utmost satisfaction. We were always asked if we needed anything, and if so, we were always helped quickly. The deduction of a star for "location" is due to the fact that the walk to the bus stop "Kappl Dorf" takes about 15 - 20 minutes. Thank you very much.

Urlaub in Kappl

We had a wonderful vacation in Kappl once again. The Zöhrer family, our landlords, also significantly contributed to this. The warm welcome and assistance until our departure. There was nothing to complain about, if there was, it was only three days of rain.

Very nice apartment with wonderful view

Very cleverly laid out and well-equipped apartment with a wonderful view! Very helpful and hospitable landlords! We felt very comfortable and were able to use many of the possible mountain railways, including the high alpine road, with the Silvretta Card. We will gladly come back!

Beautiful house in the middle of the mountains

I was a guest at Haus Dorfblick for the whole of July and can recommend the house without reservation. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the flat freshly renovated, with modern bathroom, beautiful kitchen and wonderful view of the mountains and over the village. The hiking routes start 100 metres from the house and go up to 2900 metres. There is also a shopping possibility directly in the village.

quiet location with good connections

the landlords are absolutely hospitable, the holiday flat is very nice and spacious furnished, bus stop is directly in front of the house, I can recommend this house with a good conscience. ps: in addition, the restaurant calimero is recommended in kappl village, price performance is top.

Very good location, wonderful rest

We received a very friendly welcome on arrival. Our every wish was read from our eyes. The flat is wonderfully furnished, you have everything you need. The location is very quiet, you can relax very well. From there you can explore the area in all directions. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking for friendliness and relaxation.

In winter you can ski or toboggan from the Diasalpe (ski area of Kappl) to our house The free ski bus, stops directly at the house and brings you to the valley station Dias. SUMMER OFFER: In summer, peace and relaxation awaits you in our house You are in 1 minute on the way to a wonderful hiking area. You will receive the free Silvrettacard upon arrival Free use of all open cable cars in the Paznaun valley, Silvretta high alpine road, all indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the bathing lake in See.
