The bright LIVING AREA is furnished with a sofa, armchair, and coffee table. Here you will find enough space for cozy game nights with the whole family. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, DVD player, music system, and Wi-Fi. From the living room you have direct access to the furnished BALCONY, from which you can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the Achterwasser and the marina. Grill and beach chair included.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the beautiful Baltic resort of Zinnowitz, in the north of the sunny island of Usedom. Due to the good connection to the island's main road B111 and the railway line, the place is perfect for exploring the island of Usedom. It is 11 km to Wolgast and 17 km to Peenemünde. The imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck with their unique spa architecture can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. Or take a relaxing ride on the Usedom Bäderbahn.
But Zinnowitz itself also has a lot to offer. The town is particularly popular with tourists because of its fine sandy beach (1500 m) and the pier with the diving bell (1500 m). Enjoy your holiday between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.
The house is located in a residential area in Zinnowitz. It is not far from the marina (about 500m). Supermarkets and bakeries can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The nearest bus stop is about 800 metres from the flat.

Great modern apartment with a fantastic view
We were thrilled with the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is modernly furnished and well-equipped. The house is located in a quiet area, and it was a pleasure to have breakfast in the sun on the balcony while enjoying the great view in the morning. The two bathrooms with large showers, a sauna, and a bathtub convey a sense of wellness right away. In the evening, ending the day in the beach chair on the balcony was simply great. We definitely recommend this apartment and will surely come back again.
